Here's the save file (made it fresh to better demonstrate that only uses the converted mod and the RICE mod). I can't seem to find the log file for some reason though unfortunatly. Also as a side note, I've been playing as an immortal character, and every time I reenter save files with it, the character is changed to be another year younger/his birthday is reset to be a year later than the time before.
I meant the Imperator save, in order to reproduce the conversion.
The converter's log.txt is in the same folder as ConverterFrontend.exe executable.

Here you go, sorry about the slog in process:

I ran the conversion with this save and in the lobby your character is Catholic:

After I exit the lobby, he is indeed Natkokwe.

However, when I convert without the RICE mod disabled, he remains Catholic:

So I think this is some issue with the RICE mod, which is not supported.

Alright then, thank you for checking. Knew it was one or the other of the two mods. Thank you for taking the time to check. Just for the record, you do amazing work and arguably this is one of the best of all of the converters.

One other thing I should probably report bug wise though btw, it seems the options on the conveter for using provincial borders or not and to use Imperator flags or not where they exist (in where they properly work) are both reversed in there effect (choosing to not use provincal borders creates files with provincal borders and vice versa. and choosing to use imperator flags end up using vanilla flags and vice vera).

Hey i am kind of new here, but i am trying to do a megacampaign right now and converted my Imperator Rome game. The convert itself went fine but when i run the converted mod, ~30 years in it always crashes. Now i am not sure if my convert is faulty, or the save or if it is because of mods i use.

I juste RICE, CFP, EPE and the comptibility patches of these. Since these mods are relatively light and even stated you can add them mid run i thought it would be fine.

Now ofc i understand that it is not your obligation to look what other mods are doing, but it would be incredibly helpfull if i could see what is causing this, so if its just a mod problem i can disable it or if its just a faulty save i can restart. It fear that maybe my imperator files was badly converted.

If its possible to find out what causes this or even fix it that would be tremendously helpfull. autosave.rome is the save i used to convert to ck3. I ran Extended Timeline and Invictus on Rome.

Hi, as a first thing you should try converting without RICE selected. The mod is not supported by the converter and caused problems for one user (see a few posts above), and I see many errors related to it in error.log. Also, you haven't uploaded the I:R save, so I can't convert myself.

Also i forgot to ask, could it be a problem that i used a autosave from the observer perspective for the conversion ?

It shouldn't cause any problems.
So i also deinstalled the rice mod and ran a fresh game but it still crashes
Also try converting without CFP and EPE mods, the converter doesn't officially support them. I converted without any CK3 mods selected and got to 525 AD without issues.

i also get to the point, the crashing for me happens between 525 and 530 foe some reason. I picked a custom start date 510, maybe thats a problem ? Also when i converted the mod, it recgnized my installed mods, but i dont think i activated any of them.

No, the problem is most likely with EPE or CFP or both. Try running an observe game to see if it still crashes without them (you will have to start over, though).
EDIT: 590 AD now and still no crash in the observer run (no CFP or EPE).
