Same issue here also in USA. No update available, industries not showing up in game... Manlyisolated said USA people are later....where is that said officially? And does that mean there are places that HAVE received the update in cities for XBOX ONE?

The later USA release was for PlayStation. Some do have the update on Xbox as the dev who was communicating earlier confirmed they had received it no problem on the office xbox. Seems random

Okay guys, just chill. They're working on resolving the issue. I don't think they need any more people commenting that they still don't have it yet. They know people don't have it and just saying you don't isn't helpful and won't get it here any faster. I'm sure they will update us when they have resolved the issue, but for now we just need to be patient.

Considering that when they released European Suburbia it was broken (would make commercial building despawn and restart once reach level 3) and they didn’t fix it for two months and kept total radio silence, I say bull crap to your theory that we should give them slack or that I should expect them to update us on issues.

still no update ?

edit: really poor communication from paradox (or/and tantalus), no message to explain what happened on twitter or even "official club" cities skyline on xbox.
ok those guys have life and don't work 24/24...
but just a message with : we're sorry, looking forward to find a solution.
will calm most people.

This issue is on Xbox's end NOT the developers. I understand your frustration and feel there needs to be more communication. They are a game development studio though and how they choose to run things it totally up to them.

I've just come to accept how they run things and respect that because that's just how they want to run things. If want more communication, submit that as a suggestion in the suggestions portion of these forums. If it gets rejected then accept it and move on.

It’s because of people like you that they know they don’t have to care. A broken dlc for two months? Just accept it. I mean as the PUBLISHER they only take our money, they hired a 3rd party to port the game to console, it’s not like they have responsibilities towards paying customer... right?

Oh and I’ve said multiple times they needed better communication. Their Twitter feed even admitted as much twice this year and promised to improve on it. It’s clear at this point that telling them more is not going to help. If they haven’t heard yet, it’s because they don’t want to hear.

I’ve been trying to think about any other business that could sell you a broken product and ignore their customer for two months and it would be considered acceptable. But for some reason here the fans defend it.

What are you talking about broken product? The product may have had bugs but at least it was playable. If it was completely unplayable then that's broken.

It's not because of people like me that they don't communicate. There's a suggestion forum for this stuff and if they don't communicate as much as people want them to it's their decision.

Do I think it's best that they don't communicate as much as we want them to? Of course not, but it's how they want to run it.

The European Suburbia, if you used it, would make commercial zones, even these outside of that zone, to despawn and respawn. It may have “worked” in the sense that the game didn’t crash. But it was still broken.

But it’s ok, just accept that this is something they should ignore completely until the next dlc release. Don’t hold them accountable, keep defending them when they do this and you will keep getting the treatment they give to console users.

I’m getting this dlc because it was part of the season pass but they will never see another cent from me. I’m never going to support a company that thinks communicating with their paying customers, at the VERY LEAST when it comes to bugs and broken products, is too much to ask for.
