I presume EU 4 will be fully supported eventually?

Technically, it is fully supported, its just not as smooth a ride. You have to move stuff around and stuff. Same for CK2, but even more hassle. Its what we use when we work on those game.
This exporter is the exact same one we use internally.

Finally! This is the one thing that EUIV has been lacking.

I don't know anything about creating 3d models and I can't afford maya to use this tool with, so I can't create the models myself. If anyone could create the models for me that would be great.

I assume this also means that the DLCs planned for these games will have a different format to that of CK2/EU4... interesting, can't wait to learn more.

+1 for the detailed modding support announcements pre-release. Gathering a team takes time, it's good to know what to expect.

Is there going to be a how to?
This looks really exciting but at the moment I have absolutely no idea what this even is neverrmind how to use it.

I think a video tutorial is in order.
