I cant get anything to work as the instructions say. I downloaded it as admin and everything is downloaded into a "pdx_exporter" in my User folder. There is nothing in my Documents folder either and I cant enter anything onto the screen. Anyone know how to install it properly? I can take screenshots if you need them. I am running Windows 10 if that may be the issue.

Edit: There is no "Maya/Scripts folder under documents"

the folder is at "c:/Users/..."

Yeah, c:/User/Documents/Maya/scripts . That's what I meant but the "Maya" and the "scripts" folders don't exist.
without Documents

pdx_exporter.mll and pdx_exporter_RD.mll from pdx_exporter\maya goes to (C:\Program Files)\Autodesk\Maya2016\bin\plug-ins, pdx_export_ui.mel - to \Documents\maya\scripts. Then you need to create folders \PdxExporter\settings in the Paradox Interactive folder and move clausewitz.txt from pdx_exporter there. Of course, you need to enable the plugins in the Plugin Manager (Windows -> Settings/Preferences -> Plug-in Manager). If there is no Maya folder in Documents it is likely that you looked at the wrong user's document folder. Or maybe, you need to create it. However, it's my own opinion about the setup, it may be wrong.

As previously stated. We are using Maya, and the exporter we made is only for Maya. With the help of this exporter and our .mesh information, our hopes is that the community will be able to construct their own exporter for other software.
Where can that mesh information be found? Inquiring minds would like to know, or isn't it released yet? ;)

Greets,

Jan
