Yes my new router which was supposed to work perfect like the old one....... did not.

Ahh i thought better just go in and fix the router forwarding. Wait a minute! My brother who installed the router has put some kind of password on it. I guess a few times but nothing strikes right, so i attempt to call him. *beep....beep....beep....beep* No answer. Oh great i think to myself as i dial the number to his cellphone once again. He answers and i tell him my problem. He reavels the password and asks if i have the knowledge to do the forwarding, i say.. baah of course i do, and if it does not work out i will call you back! "No you wont call me back, i am in a VERY important meeting!" Ok, i wont call you back*klick*

Later on it turns out that the router forwarding was just fine, it was the router firewall that was the problem. I tried all sorts of things but nothing worked. I gave up and became really depressed and cried all day long :(

Now i will sometimes during the week force my brother to come here and fix this evil monster that he thew upon me! :p


Now over to more serious buisness. I would VERY much like to take Hungary under my wing and continue with you people. I have been looking forward to this for a very long time. Here is a problem tho, as i mentioned earlier next sunday is Walpurgis Night and i will not be able to make the game. If you take 1 girlfriend+1 family+1 crusaders kings multiplayer+ Walpurgis night it has become 1 too many. To add things up, if you decide that someone else should take Hungary for the next session i can come back in 2 weeks and take another country. Otherwise i will come back in 2 weeks and take Hungary.

Hope i will not be killed by an evil mob :D
 
It's fine if you wont be here for next session as long as you're in after that.

Next Sunday, 6 May, I will be participating in a soccer tournament in my school for my section(fraternity kinda) it will end in 1800 CET, so I will be late, but I will come, unless we win and we all get very drunk.

Well about Pere, i'm still thinking it, it would bring more balance to game but i love sweden, hard question, i'll tell you guys before saturday i guess

Damn, it's nice to see that the Diplomacy thread is running hot. :) Adds an extra dimension to the game.

Y'know, Sterk you do realize currently AI Hungary is at war with you right? So you couldnt attack me even if you wanted to? So... leave me alone, I have realm duress to worry about.

Well, you could take either Pereyaslavl or Pronsk, they're both Russian powers. Just a note.
 
i've decided, i'll give it a try to pere again, i think i'm more prepared now and i'll guess i can live with the mobilization bug for a couple of years...

If you haven't already, just pop up the latest savefile in Single Player and compare Pere and Pronsk to see which of them is most powerful and pick it. It doesn't make any sense to reclaim Pere if you'll barely hang on for the rest of the game.

@Sid Meier: You thought uniting Russia was gonna be a cakewalk? ;) :D

Lol, it was pretty much cake after Sterk got realm duress actually, the only thing I feared was Germany coming over, other than that Sterk's concerns for survival (or at least continued holding of Kiev, the ancient capital of Rus), were true.
Besides I had a much cooler monarch, no realm duress and other goodies, Kiev doesn't have.
I dont really believe Rus is gonna happen next or the session after that, seeing how agressive Sterk is about it and how Kiev is disintegrating.
Also, having Pere around might reduce possibility of Rus as it's holding a lot of Rus's provs, however I admit Pere/Pronsk is needed to bring more stability in the region.
 
I'm not saying that you didn't have a pretty good position, I was rather thinking of the diplomatic consequences. I don't know, maybe it was just a lot of hot air, but from my view it seemed quite likely that a large Polish-led alliance was forming to force Russia to secede those Cuman territories.
 
Well, seeing how part of the alliance was the real and only one 'gargantuan' realm we had and have ;) I found it kinda rubbish.
I also thought that it wouldn't be in most people's interest if I seceded anything - I only saw Poland and maybe Sweden benefiting from it, Germany just wanted noone to catch up in power, others were pretty much running in the tail.
 
Gents, the chances I'll make it tomorrow are bleak as a result of my move, and I don't seem to have any luck finding a sub in the Perm/Sub search list. Plus I won't make it next week either, so someone make sure I will have at least one demesne province to play with when I get back. :(
