ok - confession here - I'm new to multiplayer CK. this looks like a fun party though is it possible to jump in?

how many people are playing now, what date are you on and how would one go about joining in?

Glad to have you join. I am sure no one would have any objections whatsoever.

Multiplayer is somewhat buggy and rehosts happen often sometimes, but all you need is a little patience as it is very fun once we get going. Germax named some very good countries that are still computer controlled. As far as scandinavia there is Denmark and Sweden still available.

Hello Kaleb,

take a look on the first page of this thread. Sterkarm has just recently updated the open positions... :)

Hi there,

I have been informed that there are many positions vacant.

Although I have played EU2 many times in MP I am not that experienced in CK-MP. If this isnt any problem I would like to take the position of France.

You are most welcome! :) And you can consider France to be yours, it's probably the most important open spot right now. And don't worry about being new, I'm new as well :D

Rules of the game are available in my sig.

You are also most welcome! ;) The ambition for this game is to have lots of players.

First of all I recommend you check out the rules for the game, they're available in my sig. Regarding what country to choose, I'd really like you to consider Italy: it's rich for its size and has a strategically important position between several human players.

We had a player, Pope, playing Hungary last session so that one will hopefully be filled in coming sessions too.

This whole thing had little to do with gaining actual power but rather king titles. I fully expect my empire to fall apart soon enough. I do not wield as much real power as it may seem.

While true, I suspect that those king titles can cause quite some trouble. The natural way for the game to have developed would've been for Sid and Germax to gain at least one kingtitle each, now there's no guarantee of any title being left for them. I doubt those titles can remain in polish hands, truth be told. But perhaps you just wanted the prestige.

About all thissituation, come on people? what's wrong with you? like sterksaid, do you really think he has big power? use diplo, if itwasen't because igot some diseases i would have thesame manpower that poland has, so, don't count all that, i would onlysupport poland on war i myself would like to fight.

The ball is in yours and Sid's corner. You two must work out an agreement, and then ask for support. Make use of our Diplomacy thread! :D Judging by the little experience I have, Sterkarm will not offer as much as a square inch of land unless given good reasons to do so ;)

@Sid&germax: Don't despair. If it was me, I would assault every possible player on ICQ/via PM with proposals on alliances against Poland.......oh and yes I do see my statement as kind of ironic looking back on my tenure as Ego's vassal in the other game.

OT: 400th post, no better way to do it than having that hug smiley.

I didn't remeber Itlay, thought someone else was playing it, anyway, that one could be a good country to play too, though it's shape it's not the best these days

hmmm, i'm thinking about it, oh, btw i forgot all the messenger addreses i got that day, so can you guys just add me :D my msn is germanpaparoni@hotmail.com

Bad news. At our first training session today, I was told by the production team of FCZ, that we will come home to Stockholm late on Sunday evening...so it is now very unlikely that I will make it.

CSK was playing it, but since he dropped out it has been pretty much forgotten.

I expected it when you mentioned the trip, but still unfortunate. Do you still have a formal alliance with Poland in-game?

Of course he doesn't. As my most loyal vassal he is not allowed to have alliances with anyone... at all... ever. I mean it. :D

Bah, forgot to write Lurkens name in the quote...

So a loyal vassal isn't an ally? ;)

Yes, we got a formal alliance between us...so it might get interresting if Germany joins in on Polands side...
