Weekly Game Update
I'm going to be doing this every week just as Traveler used to do for March Through Time.
We played at Below Normal with 8 players for most of the session:
Sterkarm-Poland
Vlad/Sid-Kiev
Kujy-Leon
Richard II-Norway
Varyar-England
Jens Z-France
Sander-Naples
Tzare-Serbia
We made it 12 years this session, putting us in mid 1112. It was a rather stable session, but there were quite a few crashes. The major events were Poland's acquisition of the Kingdom of Hungary, the Seljuks' invasion and annexation of Georgia, and the crusade to Antioch ending with a French capture of the city. Also, the Emirate of Sevilla has invaded Serbia and made considerable progress there, with Bulgaria fighting Serbia as well. Poland intervened to help Serbia, but only against the muslims. Furthermore, the Polish Empire nearly crumbled as its vassals were close to full rebellion. This being our fourth session, we have averaged 10.75 years per session, not too bad. If we keep up the current pace we'll be done in roughly 30 sessions (probably jan 2007). Wow. But this is an epic scope game, so let's just hope it goes smoothly.
Post those AARs, guys, I'm gonna be starting one that begins with the reign of Wszebor Piast rather than Boleslaw.

Someone please retell the story of Poland's conquest of Hungary. Had a ctd and by the rehost the deed was done, so now I'm very eager to learn the details.
I am just curious as I joined the game a little late yesterday, but was Norway given 1500 ducats by chance? If they was the AI completely wasted all of it which wouldnt be a problem as it was my fault i overslept. I am just curious if I did recieve it or not.
Also I may not be able to play this sunday but I am interested in doing the teamspeak thing. Just not sure once I log into it where to join or how to go about it which I already to have it installed now.

AFAIR the AAR bonus was not implemented for any country. I assume it will be added for nxt session.
could it be possible that i get the bb reduction halfway through next sunday's game?

You mean in the middle of the session? I think not, it would be too complicated to start editing save files during rehost. However, since the BB reduction bonus is saved, it'll be applied for the following session instead.
EDIT: and yeah, being assisting GM I take part of the blame for not applying the AAR bonuses in time. To ease this process in the future I would suggest the following:
*everyone who wants to have their bonus applied must, apart from updating their AAR, also post in this thread no later than the day before the session in question, specifying which bonus they want(BB or gold).
The host can then check this thread and make the edits well in time before the game starts.

I missed the dead line to post an aar last week, does anyone mind if I make a really really good AAR to continue the sotry I got posted so far that I just get 2 aar bonuses (the equivilent of 2 weeks work) this will be the only time I ask for such exception, since I am a GM I would like to remain unenvolved in the decision of it except for say a vote in the affirmative. Also I was kinda depressed last week and didnt think it was worth it now I realized my folly.

Jokes aside, I'm fine with it. Since we forgot to apply the bonuses last time anyway it doesn't really make any difference.
hehe, i think posting 4-5 is kinda excessive, this I intend is only if ppl like miss out on a week or so.

well considering that everyone didnt get a bonus last week I dont think it matters and I don't believe anyones memories are so short that they'll not notice me asking for repeated aar bonuses.
