Well, then I misunderstood you. Still I think we need a balance in the game and will definatly try to break up huge countries as Germany with a coalition.

But I agree we whine too much about that, so let's do it in the diplomacy thread and make it in RP-form.

meh, I don't know if I will/should be able to play after all, I kinda have hmwk I should be working on and 15 hours of gaming in 3 days is kinda pushing it even for me at exam time. I'll decide by tomorrow.
 
Get some sleep, some homework and be there - you have ~20hours for that.
 
A note: I'll be online half-an-hour before we start so that anyone who needs to test his connection is able to do so.

15 GMT is 16 CET and thats the time now here in NL, so still an hour? but that means its 16 GMT

Yes :D

London Time is not GMT time. In fact, if you click on London at the Worldclock site you'll find this line: "Current time zone offset: UTC/GMT +1 hour". That is because of DST, aka Summertime.

@Sander_NL: if you click on Amsterdam on the Worldclock site, you'll see that you're in fact in the GMT+2 timezone, again because of DST. So the game begins at 17:00 CEST, which is in roughly 55 minutes.
 
CSK, I just redownloaded the Touch of Astrea scenario linked in the GG2 thread, and it doesn't seem to include the culture conversion fix. Are we going to use it or not?
 
This is a common misunderstanding, that London's always GMT..:)

Look at it from the bright side - you have an extra hour to get the food and drink and maybe some practice..;)
