Leto, I shouldn't have called it stupid, that's not the right word. It simply is not reasonable, however, to have only one player duke in all of the Holy Roman Empire and to have two players right next to each other in the Kingdom of Jerusalem. I don't care if you play Polotsk or not, but if you play Ascalon your game will be incredibly short. I simply want a balanced Europe, and to attain that, it seems that the best choices would be either Toulouse or Poitou as both Spain and Flanders are quite unchecked (well, Flanders is to some extent by England, but Spain is untouchable). Brandenburg is another choice however, as North/Central Germany is pretty much void of any player influence and you could battle with Milan for the Holy Roman Emperor's favor. Know this, Ascalon will be annihilated. I can raise a good 10,000 high-quality troops only a few provinces away from it (led by a 14 marshal), not to mention my army currently on the Black Sea.
Well, it seems the simplest solution would be to let Leto play Ascalon, annihilate him in short order (giving Lotus all his Count titles) and thus forcing him to change. 
Oh come on, five minutes' worth of rehosting? Anyway, my suggestion was mainly intended to frighten comrade Leto into submission.
It seems your main umbrage with my being Ascalon is 1. To close to another player and 2. I will not last long.

ARgh 0300?! But I think the official time is 5 hours(CET 17.00-22.00) but we can drag over the time.

Well I guess you're not from the states if you don't know it. Its a day to remember those who have given their lives for this nation. Oddly enough we have two days like this, Veterans Day and Memorial Day. But memorial day has turned into an excuse to drink beer, eat Bar-B-Q, and enjoy summer as well as have a three day weekend. While Veterans Day hardly registers for most people.
Oh, almost forgot, I'd like to request a trait edit. As this trait was essentially gained between 1106 and 1110 (when the game was unfairly continued, thereby ruining Pereyaslavl and severely damaging Poland), I'd like it to be changed (Grey Eminence/Court Education). It is a level 4 education trait, therefore I would like it to be changed to Brilliant Strategist (the trait I would have picked were I playing from 1106-1110). Note this is not due to me missing a session or even having to leave early. This is due to people playing way past the endtime with only about half the players.
