Well, I will release Georgia, but I will keep one prov in the northwest (as I did with Jerusalem concerning Damascus and Palmyra) in order to assist Georgia immediately should it be invaded.

I think that province will cause you much grief if you do not include it in Georgia. If you would include it I would lose my direct casus belli. So be careful with what you choose.

Both Rus and Hungary have claims on that particular province. We would not be humored if you would keep it.

Thanks. How does the Duchy of Meissen sound?

Sure, sounds nice. Go for it.

Cap, I wasn't talking about Tmutarakan, I'm giving that to Georgia. I was talking about Abkhazia or Imeretia.

Meissen sounds good, makes 2 players in HRE if sanmartin is still playing.

Ok good. Missunderstood your post.

I wish it was sunday already.

You are not the only one. Looking forward to build a lot, and convert a lot.

How do you speed up the process of conversion?

Increase the power of clergy and build churches and other religion buildings.

Has anyone brought up the idea of a second day of playing?

I would love to play an extra day, but I can't. I'd be open to starting an hour earlier, ending an hour later, or both, though.

Well, I'm open basically Monday-Thursday about 12 hours after the current start time. Obviously nobody could make the current start time during the week (unless you're skipping work and/or school). Also, I can not start much earlier. Maybe 30 minutes, but I go to church at 8:00 my time (CST), and the game starts at 10:00 my time currently. I get back about 9:15, so it wouldn't work out very well. But we do need to find someway to speed the game up. While it is fun, we are currently on pace to get to EU2 (assuming we convert in 1427) sometime in February 2006. That's quite a while gentlemen, quite a while.

You'd be surprised how quickly that will go.

I don't know but I feel very comfortable by that thought. Are we in a rush? :)

Judging from that comment it seems possible to convert earlier than 1427?

Yes. But we would miss out some fun by converting earlier. Besides EU 2 begins in 1419. So we need to play CK till 1418.

1427 was merely for the convenience of calculating by units of 10. I would strongly suggest, nay, insist, that we play until January 1, 1419. I'm not in much of a rush, but it is frustrating to move only 10 years (sometimes less) a session. While those years are packed full of action, my king takes forever to die.

looking at your current player roster, its going to be interesting to see what Byzantium converts to when you reach the end of the EU2 phase, even though that looks to be far-off. Since i don't think they have a tag in Victoria...
