So I take it you're volunteering for aztec culture, then? Seriously though, these blocks don't take that much time, you should be able to get one done in an hour, two at most. Or at the absolute worst, start off with ten provinces and post that result; every little bit helps. Even if you can't do the whole block, post whatever you've got time for.
Unfortunately, there really isn't that much to be done that isn't some kind of time-consuming. Though much of it can be done quite quickly by a 1337 guy who has emacs, with its lovely macros, and the province conversion information. I had a list once of what was needed, but now I can't find it; but here it is from memory :
1. Province conversion blocks
2. List of provinces that go protestant and reformed in the Reformation
3. Culture conversion list
4. ROTW info - basically, take the MyMap 1419 scenario, and edit out all European countries
5. List of candidates for COT, split into regions
6. List of provinces known to everyone in Europe
7. List of tags that know extra provinces (eg Norway should be aware of Greenland)
8. List of tag conversions - I think we can just use the ones from vanilla, MyMap doesn't add extra tags, does it? But if it does, I'd like a list of them.
That's all I can think of offhand. You might see if you have time for any of that. But really, province conversion should be the most time-consuming and is certainly the most important part.
