Ambassador Aldershof doesn't even bother to stand up, instead tipping some ash out of his pipe before saying;

"The VOC votes NO on the proposal put forth by the Nocoii Covenant."

OOC: Where can we find specific numbers on the capacity of our shipyards and troop training facilities, without knowing this how can we know what numbers to order? (For shipyard capacity primary how this is improved by tech).

Where can we find specific numbers on how many ships we can move per command ship? Without knowing this how can we know what number of ships we may move?

Edit: Found answer for troop ships "-Transport ships can carry = 50k marines or 100k PD Forces"

-If you look into military section you can see how many troops you can move, how many ships does Command ship can control.
-As for troops training no matter the number they will be train in one turn
-Ship building i s different as many aspects come into it and is big equation. Though it really doesnt matter just order how many you want and they will build even if not in one turn they will just continue building next turn.

Wesk looks at the others. We, the Bothans, vote Yes to the Nocoii's proposal.

Wiping the sweat from his brow, Three Fourteen took stock of his surroundings. He was in a large chamber, great pillars lined the room and beyond lay the expansive badlands of Home. The environmental controls kept the chamber cool despite the open room, yet his sweat persisted. He sat among nearly 500 empty seats, upon a grand marble floor. Banners drifted from the ceiling depicting Father and his accomplishments; discovering Home, unearthing the lost ruins, creating the first clone, putting down the clone revolt. Among the historical accomplishments of Father sat Three Fourteen, all alone.

How could I have been so stupid?!

Three Fourteen's mind reached back to the events that led him here. Upon the insistence of his dorm-mates, they dragged him out to an evening at the feelies. After plugging in the nodes a short news brief, that typically precludes a feelie, flashed in his mind. A pirate fleet had been intercepted and destroyed by Home security forces. An amoebas shortage due to complications with the Eau Empire had begun to harm the economy, and finally, to his shock, a report that Father had discovered The Casimir Effect, a reaction from compact fusion reactors that had positive implications on scientific discoveries for all of Home. Upon the news brief stating this in his mind, Three Fourteen had clenched his jaw and thought back to his thesis of only a week before.

The Casimir Effect - After decades of experimentation with fusion reactors, plates of the right size, material, and distance, the vacuum energy created through the quantum mechanics of the Casimir Effect can finally be exploited as an energy source.

His thesis was now being implemented according to the news brief, and it was Father, not Three Fourteen, who was getting the credit. After ripping out the nodes and letting a stream of obscenities fly, Three Fourteen was arrested and placed in detention. Now here he sat, in processing, waiting for a tribunal to judge his case. He will either be released, or deemed flawed and sent for re-education or termination.

A clear voice chimed from an intercom. "Three Fourteen, please proceed to Clone Processing."

Making his way to an elevator, the clone of Horatio was brought up to an enclosed chamber. It was a small room, white and sterile with a lone desk with two chairs at opposite ends. Standing at the far wall, with her back to him, was a women. She wore a dark green oni-suit that hugged her beautiful body. She gestured to a chair. "Please have a seat, Three Fourteen." He obeyed.

"One point one, one-four," began the woman. "Three Fourteen is noted to actively seek solitude apart from his brothers and sisters."

Three Fourteen rubbed the back of his neck nervously. "At times, I find it easier to focus my thoughts when I am alone."

The green woman didn't seem to hear. "One point two, zero-one. Three Fourteen is detained after an alleged assault upon a brother."

"Y-you don't understand," stammered Three Fourteen. "My brother called me D and joked i had alcohol in my brain. I couldn't take it anymore."

"One point four, twenty-two. Three Fourteen refuses to participate in an orgy."

"I wasn't feeling well..." Sweat leaked through his pours.

"One point four, twenty-five. Three Fourteen refuses to participate in an orgy."

"I ate some bad amoebas." His heart was pounding.

One point four, twenty-nine. Three Fourteen refuses to participate in an orgy."

"You don't understand!" Tears began to well in his eyes.

The green dressed woman turned to face him. A tattoo, a black single line roped from the bridge of her nose, up around her eye and down the side of her face, ending on her chin. Three Fourteen had never seen anything like it, aside from the holo's of Father. Who is she?

"One point five, thirteen. Multiple assaults at the feelies. Three Fourteen detained. Flagged as flawed."

Three Fourteen threw himself down on the floor, begging, pleading for his life as the tears rolled down his cheeks. The woman smiled, seeming to relish in his insistent begging. "The Casimir thesis was nothing short of amazing - a new scientific theory that will lead us to many new discoveries. You were created by Horatio, therefore all that comes forth from your mind was also created by Horatio. Understand?"

Three Fourteen sobbed on the floor. "Yes... I understand!"

The woman brought a finger to her chin as if in thought. "Hmmm.... it would be a shame to re-educate such a mind as yours. The process does often impede thought processes in subjects. Perhaps... No. It's not possible."

"Please, I'll do anything!" Begged Three Fourteen.

"I can make this flag disappear." She said, a smile forming on her lips. "Yes. I have that power. However, you will no longer belong to Father, one of many, for everyone. No." She leaned down and whispered in his ear. "I am Icara, and you will belong to me."

The Speaker was standing idle in his quarters. It was pretty much plain, some warriors stood along the walls and the Speaker in the middle starring into oblivion. A pling could be heard of the come and the Speaker woke to life and approached it. A V.O.C. official wanted to talk to it. He opened and waited for the V.O.C. to speak.

- "Greetings Speaker of the Swarm! I am here on behalf of the Doge to speak with you."

The Speaker started to speak, but it was still Hisses and clicks... It stopped for a moment then.

- "Excuse this one, it takes some time to learn new language" It spoke the language with some heavy faults in the linguistics but what it said was understandable. "What is it the Doge desires"

- "We have learned you are in need of minerals and labor for your new.... projects shall we say"

The Queens listening to the humanoid trough the Speaker didn't care how the V.O.C. knew of what they were doing. It wasn't something they wanted to intentionally keep secret. But the offer was very lucrative and they started mocking up a contract.

Novis ducibus eadem stilo

As a new year dawned, many in the Dominium could not even begin to imagine the drastic changes that would take place in such a short time. The Ordinavit, Seddik Tehat, had been ruling the country with remarkable cruelty that had only been seen since the Vanukan days, but whilst many shrugged it off, some in the Aureti did not. Aril Makin, Commander of District 3C in Lorem, met with two of his colleagues, Krion Tohri, Commander of the Government District, and Settak Vili, Commander of Port Z, and proposed to them an idea so radical they thought him mad, he proposed they move to overthrow the Ordinavit and the whole system. But after some convincing, they agreed and began their planning.

Makin was smart, he knew an outright attempt would end badly, especially with the military concentration in Lorem, so he contacted friends on one of the Venarii colonies, Mitari Primus. They immediately began assassination campaigns and attacks on the main cities. The Ordinavit, outraged at this, began to dispatch Lorem Military District Forces towards the planet. Months in, with enough forces in, and more Commanders on board, Makin struck. He ordered Tohri to cordon off the Government areas, and cut communication in and out of it. Vili ordered Port Z shut down, thus preventing access from space to provide relief. Other Commanders mobilized their forces and skirmishes between the two sides broke out. The Ordinavit was alerted and took refuge in a safety bunker.

Meanwhile in space, ships began frantic fighting for supremacy over the area and Makin himself was smuggled into one of the command ships to direct the whole operation. Weeks passed and eventually the Revolutionary Forces, who had styled themselves as the 'Civem Forum' began to take the upper hand. They managed to secure the Culmen chambers and executed the entire membership, purges also began to follow throughout areas captured and the rest of the Dominium awaited the victors of Lorem quietly.

Aril Makin

Months later, the Civem space forces won and began orbital bombardments of the Ordinavit's forces, one by one they began to surrender and pledge allegiance to the new leadership. With no other alternative left, the Ordinavit emerged and submitted himself, hoping for mercy. He was mistaken, as Makin quickly had him disposed of in a very public manner and it broadcasted throughout the Dominium.

Makin and his fellow commanders dissolved the Culmen and the position of Ordinavit, instead they ruled through what they called a 'Concilium'. They began to radically re-organize the Venarii political structure, renaming the Dominium into the 'Venarii Collective' and dividing control of different aspects between newly created 'Forums', most staffed by Aureti commanders. Makin himself was henceforth known as Dirige[1]. The year saw the continuation of massive purges that eliminated any opposition to the new rulers. Many in the populace saw no difference between the Ordinavits and the Forums, both ruled as absolute dictators and both disregarded their needs, but they accepted it, as was life.
