No problem here. Are you downloading or trying to open the file ? Either way, might be the cache setting of your browser that prevents you from doing so.

I deleted the cache and cookies and it still doesn't work. also tried getting on the site using internet explorer and it didn't work. Might be because of the wifi I get from my dorm.

anyone know why the aegon and dany marriage event not happening or firing and i tried finding the codes for it in the files and i couldnt find them,

I am not sure there is even a specific event that forces it, rather that i figure its based on two factors, one is that targaryens have the divine_blood flag, which means they will marry their own dynastic members and whether or not Aegon is a Targaryen at this point or still "of Essos". The other factor is whether Daenerys has the widowed trait or not, if she still has it, she would not re-marry.

It will trigger if Dany is available to marry under three circumstances:
- Dany is Queen of the Iron Throne when Aegon conquers the Stormlands
- Dany is Queen when Aegon begins his invasion (pre AFFC scenario)
- Aegon is attacking the Iron Throne when Dany becomes Queen

I can't download the mod (either version), ModDB says no mirrors are available :(

Gaining education traits is quite wierd 3 of my character sons were given martial education they had 10/12/14 martial skill were tutored by a brilliant commander and all of them got incompetent commander. Is it posible to make some changes that wards with 10+ skill will get better chance on highest possible edu perk. Also at some point price of children eductaion is just ridiculous i had to pay 500 gold for martial education,

Umm guys something has happened.
2013-09-14_00001.jpg2013-09-14_00002.jpg One of the Ironborn went reaving and I guess they all decided to leave. I guess its time to test colonization.

I noticed that when character comes of age it has 25% to gain any rank of education perk in which he was educated. Is it possible to change it for example if character have 10+ martial skill he have 50% to get skilled commander 25% to get brilliant commander and 12.5% to get either duitiful or incompetent commander

That is the case -- it depends on the learning skill and a few congenital traits. If you're a quick guy with 10+ learning (I think) you're pretty much guaranteed a four-star education.

Haven't played in awhile so have some quick questions before I start

-Was marriage between religions fixed? i.e. can I marry Rhaegar and Lyanna or will they refuse due to religion like before?
-Do I have to disable certain portrait packs like before?

So I was doing a game with Harry the Heir, helping Robb secure the independence of the North, the Riverland and the Vale. All is well, the Ironmen are beaten off and peace reigns. That is, until the Westerlands declares independence from the Iron Throne (Stannis won), and all of the sudden my vassals, as well as Hoster's and Robb's direct vassal's are joining the fight, causing Robb to declare war upon them after the war is done, and thus revoking a lot of land in both the Vale and the Riverlands. The whole thing is rather annoying since it will no doubt cause immense rifts between the Tullys and the Starks in just a few years, and I really don't want my land taken away.

Anyone else seeing this?

I was just wondering if Blackfyre's have the same chance to tame a dragon that the Targaryens do, cos in my game, they never, ever succeed in taming a dragon (and then some random lowborn character does). Also, when colonising a ruin, how long does it take to get it up and running?

Mediafire might be a good pick, I've used it before without problems.
