I've played this mod for 2 days straight now and I love it. I just have 1 question, when I declare war on a house, and win the war versus them, why don't I get any land/title/money from it? Should I decline the surrender? I've taken Riverrun like 4 times, but Edmund Tully is never there and when they surrender he gets it back and I don't really get anything.
We will try to put a new link as soon as possible.
About the Dothraki, we aim at finishing Westeros (over the wall area) before going there.
But at some point we'll work on them, yes.
Fantastic, I adore the Dothraki in the series and the books.
I can imagine the Dothraki being very interesting to play. Applying the new Muslim mechanics would be awesome, especially if it's possible to adapt the nation naming conventions (i.e name each Khalasar after its Khal). Also give them their own Ironborn Raid CB and a de jure Dothraki Empire - with a Dothraki-cultured Emperor being called "Khal of Khals".

I don't think the Dothraki should be in an Empire, but I'm not sure how to module the horde given the game's systems.
Edit: Also, are there hideable traits? I mean, are their traits that aren't known to other characters, but are known to the character himself and can be found out through spying/events? That'd be a good way to handle things like homosexuality (it was not like Robert's younger brother, who's name I have forgotten, was openly gay) and the 'bastard' trait (at least when it is the woman who has cheated on the husband).
I was thinking about posting this under general topics, but, in an attempt to reduce the number of random new topics, I'll ask here.
I am a BIG fan of the books. So is a good friend of mine. I have no doubt I will play this mod with him at some point as I love CK2, but my friend has never played CK2 (although I know he's intelligent enough to play it well) and I want to make sure the mod is well polished and ready to be played "prime-time" if you know what I mean.
So that's my question; is it ready enough to live up to expectations? Should I wait for a few more patches? Any advice would be appreciated!

The War of the Usurper period is well balanced and fun to play as one of the Lords Paramount. After that I feel the world tends to go a bit static and the levy numbers start to bloat up too much, though of course you can still set your own goals.
Personally the possible future addition I'm really waiting for is the Others. It's not quite Westeros without an impending winter apocalypse.
