Because in the Version AHOI-only there are Ministers and leaders and tech-teams in the AHOI-folders...
Anyway, fine that you could solve that alone.

If the land-warfare is to MP consumpting it may so, because of the normal Infantry has still the old values from early AHOI-versions.
