We'd rather not get into theories why this could happen. Fact is that noone in the dev team is/was able to recreate these crashes / instabilitites. The only thing we know is that it only happens on windows and its fixed when switching to opengl. We have forwarded this to PDS but fixing this is out of reach for us, the mod doesnt have errors and we dont have access to the sourcecode.You mean right click on properties, then in the first menu section (General) click on set launch options and enter that?
I suppose I was getting confused by the preferences bit. And alrighty!
I do have a general random query- is there a possibility that adding so many races to the game might overload it and make it more likely to crash?
