The standard ones should already be on your hard drive, as the initial Windows setup will have installed them. The VIA 4in1 installer has installed the VIA ones, but shouldn't have deleted the original ones.
If you used a fairly recent version of the VIA 4in1 package, it will have come with it's own uninstaller. Run that, and your system should automatically revert to the Microsoft drivers.
Otherwise, go into the device manager, and do the following for each piece of hardware with VIA in it's name: Select it, choose properties, then device driver, and press the <update> driver button, if available. (not all device names actually have or need a driver). When presented with the manufacturer list, choose Microsoft, and then pick the listed driver. Make sure that for the IDE driver you pick the one that hasn't 'bus master' in it's name.
That should do it.
