I never enjoyed CK: DV (infact, I gave it away to another forum member), so right now, hype = virtually zero for me and I'd probably have been happier if Paradox had tried something totally new.

Still, I can't say no to a Paradox game, so I'll probably pick it up after release if feedback is positive, or if the DDs look exceptionally promising, I might be persuaded to pre-order.

Today is Double Rainbow day :D

Wow! I had now idea they were going to make a second Crusader Kings. Crusader Kings is one of the games which I've played regularly since they were released (the other being Morrowind) so I won't really mind if this game seems as soulless as the other modern paradox games, since the original is so good! I hope it is better though, I don't really know how one could improve such a good game however. ;)
I'll now be off to garner as much information about this as I can!

edit: Argh! I've changed my mind, looking at CatalanNation's list of potential improvements Crusader Kings II has the potential to be magnificent!

I dare them to come get me ;)

Be careful what you wish for:

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

:D

Spoooooky, boys and girls.

Excellent. First and foremost a Victorian but I'm definately looking forward to CKII!

Thanks Paradox! :)

Oh, the irony. Massive cursing over a game set in a time when such was strongly discouraged with the liberal use of corporal punishment. Y'all would not have survived a day. ;)

'Tis great news, however. I find it most refreshing.

Ho, you have not read enough Chaucer sir!
