Hmm With the interchangable HOS and HOG, does any events get effected by it eg Speer as HOG during the 33s?

Yes, but is a player decision.

it mean you can change the current head of state and head of government.

NAVAL:

I have Arg in the Axis Powers. US invades Terria De Feugo and begins working its way up until I am able to stop them in Comodor. I have both the German and Argentina Navies blocking both sides to Terria De Feugo to prevent supplies from coming in (I have "navies block convoys to ports" checked in setup). They are still getting supplies. I saved and loaded up the US side and it shows them getting supplies through Terria De Feugo.

1- I just have the fleets sitting there with no mission. Is this enough?

2- If I put them on Combat Patrol, they wont sit in the sea zones that block the beach and ports. Will that still be enough to block the shipments? The only way for me to defeat the huge US force is to dwindle their ORG.

Also, Im still finding countries under my Military Control send their Navies off on suicide missions. Portugal and Argentina. However Agrentina sometimes obeys my mission commands.

You need 6 ships in your fleet, move to the enemy port-seazone and wait (you don't need mission)
 
I made minister positions mainly of existing pictures only really new ministers for Germany is Strasser and Esser. Walther Darré I name changed to Richard Walther Darré :p he he, also made focus on making democratic ones so a player can have more options. India has now potential axis pro pm.

quintelosky are you planing on adding auto spies ?

We want change all spy system, but we don't have a specific idea. We don't like the old/new system (arma 1.3beta, aod, dh) because is boring.
 
is the japan surrender event broken ? cuz i try it and it crashes the game also sometimes works but japan stay on war with the USA
also the korean war even is kind of anoying that it also drags in the soviets

in IC 1.0 the game sprites work ok but after i get to 1.3 i begin to get radom sprites like why is the stuka getting this ugly green plane sprite
