Does CK II supports multiple offmap powers or does it require some interface modding ?

It supports multiple. 3 offmap power buttons can be entirely visible at a time and a scrollbar allows accessing numbers greater than that.

Do you know how to add the scrollbar ?

It appears automatically when a character has access to enough offmap powers so as to need it.

really? well that would make things interesting for the dunmer/chimer religions. the false tribunal with separate offmap powers for Vivec, Almalexia, and Sotha Sil, and the actual tribunal for the others.

Could you say something more? Vivec, Almalexia and Sotha Sil are already offmap powers in the mod, each of them as separate entity.

oh, ok. i haven't played as a dunmer yet and i'm being lazy with updating CK2 so i haven't looked (currently bingeing Red Dead 2 and Spider-Man)

Is there a way in EK to opt out your ruler from elective governments so you can play as puppet master and kingmaker without taking over the throne? There is small mod for vanilla game that does that, but I don't have knowledge and skills to make it compatible with EK unique governments.

I would like this instead of becoming King with my first character

So that racial bonuses are distributed by race rather than by culture.
But it seems illogical.
Take, for example orsimer bonus for martial,
Is the orc race inherently more capable of tactics? I doubt so. Its a matter of upbringing (And on the mirror side: how is it that someone raised in a sheltered society like the altmeri have the same knowledge of tactics as one who is orc-raised?)
There are inherent qualities to the races, and the attributes, which signifies learned skills, don't fit into those, unlike, say, combat rating, fertility, or health

Each culture already has a series of childhood education weights to represent their general tendency towards certain paths.

You can interact with the Daedra and Almsivi gods.

Neat, going to want that for when I do a Molag Bal run I guess.

Speaking of which, I noticed you'll lose favor for torturing prisoners as a follower of Bal. Shouldn't you gain favor for these actions? I know in base game you can sacrifice prisoners for piety, so why not for the Daedra?

One of the interactions you can have with (certain?) Daedra is sacrificing prisoners to them. If I remember correctly you won't get any actual piety from that, but you'll earn favour. That's the 'currency' used to get various boons.

Has the option to sell prisoners into slavery been removed? On the latest SVN and can't find a decision for it, only old references to "death_slavery"

Related to this, since the hagravens are supposed to be fans of human sacrifice could the forsworn get the vanilla blot decision enabled so i can at least clean up my dungeon a little bit that way :D

The slavery event should pop up as it always has to sell slaves after raiding a province that hasn't been raided for slaves in the past 10 (iirc) years.
