New question, Where do I see how long I have left for a preparing of plans?

Depends; if you have them selected, preparation is one of the blue bars next to their XP bar & entrenchment bar, on the left side. (Assuming you meant besides hovering over the Activate plan button on top of the army portrait at the bottom and looking for the "-20% still preparing")

Are the AI generals buggy or am i just a horrible noob? Had 1 General with 20 divisions on the polish border. Tried to send a second general with another 20 divisions to that border...they went completely nuts and marched in the opposite direction. Cant get them back under control, they also refuse to go to the czech border.

Second quetion:
Where can i see if a division has the old or new equip.?

Theres two steps to the generals and people tend to forget the most important step. Once you have the generals troops selected you need to single out and pick which divisions are going to do which order. For instance if that guys got 2 frontlines to hold you need to set X divisions to one line and X divisions to the other. You can do this two ways that I know of. As you make the front line with the battle planner have x troops selected, or after the plan is made, select x amount of troops, hold down the ctrl key and left click on the battleplan object whether it be a frontline or an arrow or a naval invasion. If you don't do this than all the units will continue to stay focused on whatever plan they were originally assigned to or will have an exclamation point saying they have no orders.

This might be really stupid...

But how do I tell whether I'm training forces properly? In HoI3 we had the IC numbers to see the maximum number of units we could produce at any one time. Now I can't seem to find the equivalient in HoI4...

I'm assuming that the higher the number of equipment produced = the higher the number of troops we can put through the production? But where do I get a grasp of an estimate, so I don't just spam 100 infantry units and only have 2 being made at any time? ;)

Go to the productions tab and compare the stockpile and production of equipments against the requisites for your divisions. If your stockpile is negative, the training is delayed.

When manually controlling divisions in an attack, how does one order a support attack (i.e. flanking)? Just click in the territory? Or is there a specific way to do it?
Ctrl + right click

1) Make sure your armies have only one border assignment. Sometimes there's a little sliver of frontline on the opposite side of the country still calling the divisions over.
2) Look in a divisions template (select unit, then click the tank tab at the bottom)
How do i do perform a paradrop?
I have the transport planes and the paratroopers in one province.
I have air superiority.
How to initiate the drop?
It's a special command option in the same interface as the battleplan. Its a little parachute button. Click it, then select the starting and ending provinces. Execute like you would a BP

Iàm giving it chance, meanwhile.

How to F* deploy/create a new air wing though, from newly produced airplanes?!? Cannot find anywhere the command.
Left click on an air base. A large widow appears on the left and a small window next to it. In the upper right corner of the small window is the create wing button.

How do I transport troops overseas? I don't see a way to make transports like the previous games.

That's actually easy, and better than in HOI 3, this at least: bring them into a port, select the units and then right click into another port, they shall be trans[ported automatically, by the convoy system.

1. Can I rename the airwings?
2. Air wings can have a volume from 1 to 1000 aircrafts. Are their consequences when im using a huge volume instead of many small ones?
1. Don't know. Would have to look.
2. Airbases can only hold so many aircraft based on their level. So one consequence to a max size air wings is the penalties you'd get if they end up deployed at an airbase that isn't large enough. It would also mean less variety of aircraft types, since the airbase limit is 2,000 at level 10, so meaning you could only have two air wing types if they're 1,000 in size each to avoid the scaling penalties.
