1. Can Trotsky send volunteers?
My Stalin-led USSR sent volunteers, but after Trotsky took over I can't. I can select the diplomatic option and designate armies to go but the send button doesn't work. There is no tool tip.

2. How can you improve relations?
France has gone Communist and I want to invite it to my faction. I've improved relations to 100, guaranteed independence and am importing resources, but France is still one point against joining faction. Is there anything else I can do?

i have seen answere for this here but cant find and rember it... how many airwing can operate in 1 region and what matter have size of those airwings if there was some kind limit for have many planes can join 1 battle

One of the aims of the 1.4 patch was to make airwing size unimportant. AFAIK, this succeeded: airwing size does not affect your chance of combat success now.

1. I don't know if there is any condition that can disable the volunteer option for Trotsky. I know, sometimes it's restricted via focus tree or because of the number of divisions you have, but I can't explain why you didn't have the option to send volunteers.

2. Even if you have 100 points friendship with another country and the same government, sometimes it isn't possible to invite an AI nation in your faction. Sometimes the nation deny joining a faction because you are at war or because your choices doesn't affect their interests. For example, as Germany I start to give Peru fascism, trade oil and increase my influence until it's 100. Usually in my games it won't join until I declare war to ... Ecuador, for example.
In your situation, I think France will join the Comintern as soon as Germany declares war to it. Maybe earlier, when it uses the focus tree for joining the Comintern.

AFAIK there isn't a limit on planes in a region. There are limits to how many wings can participate in specific combats though, and limits on planes in said combats. Basically, don't try to outnumber the enemy in air combat more than 2 to 1, and CAS work best in wings of several dozen aircraft for reasons similar to division width- it's not so much that small is better, it's that once you exceed the maximum planes allowed to support a single ground combat (determined by the size of enemy present), you start to get units or spare planes in your wing that are involved in the combat but not contributing.

When you research an electronics technology that increases research speed by say 3%. Does that count towards any techs currently being researched or only new ones from that point on?

These bonuses apply to research already in progress when the computing tech is completed, not just to techs started afterward.

(Verified via console command to grant techs; I also updated the wiki to add a note to this effect.)

Somewhat related, I have also learned that bonuses applied from the Technology Sharing permanent focus apply the same way: If you switch to that focus or if an ally finished work on a tech you are researching the bonuses will apply to work in progress, if you switch to another focus you lose the bonus on research going forward.

My question: How is occupation warscore calculated? My Norwegian Army caught the Germans napping, waltzed right in and liberated Denmark and even walked into Berlin unopposed. I received something like 10 occupation points for my cheekiness.

Now Fritz has reacted rather nastily to this and is pounding my divisions back into Schleswig-Holstien (I think I can hold there), yet my occupation warscore is climbing rapidly. Is occupation calculated by division combat hours or equipment losses fighting on enemy territory rather than simply the # of victory points you're squatting on?

Is there a mod that deals with the territorial gain issue when the big war breaks out?
I want to control territory that i walk into and occupy, i can deal with not controlling it when walking into it from an allies territory but i want to consistently gain control of the territory i take when coming from my own lands. There does not seem to be any logic regarding who gets the territory, if there is please let me know. I did a quick search but i cant seem to find any solution and the answer provided does not seem to apply for my games.

thx for any replys

After the world war is there anyway to increase war justification? I’m trying to unite the world under the British empire and I have about 10 countries left. But most of the time it takes a year at least to justify! Am I just screwed and lost my chance at 10 day justifying?

I can still get the achievement even if it takes til 1950 right?

Yep, you can take all the time you need. You mentioned 10 day justifications, I'm assuming you went fascist for the -war goal time when at war with a major? Toward the end of the game, you'll end up playing major nation whack-a-mole anyway, because the game seems to have a minimum number of major nations. Regardless of how small or insignificant a country is, once enough of the big players are wiped out, it'll boost them to major status. You should be able to find one of those last 10 countries that is considered a major and justify against that one for your bonus, then get your fast justifications on the rest afterward.

But yeah, no limit on the year for those achievements. Only a couple have any limit on the date you complete them, and they're stated right there in the achievement. Stuff like the one for knocking out Poland and France before 1940 as Germany, and the one for Taking either Moscow or Berlin as Romania. Take all the time you need.

Yet another question by me..

Currently working on huge-oslavia achievement and it’s going good so far after several attempts. I’m currently about to declare war on turkey. United Kingdom is guaranteeing them. However I have a non-aggression pact with U.K. Would UK enter that war or am I good because of the pact?

Want to know before I do it since it was a pain to get this far.

*edit*
It was all good. They did not intervene. Turkey actually joined the axis.

Depends on the type of mission. Wing sizes also still matter when it comes to ace generation.

Are Land Naval Bombers officially fixed as far as engaging in battles more then once? Last time I checked months ago they’d only engage once per battle. Just played a game as Germany and my land naval bombers did a naval strike sortie every 24 hours during this 10 day battle.

Has it always been like this or was this fixed at some point?

They did some fixes in 1.4.x I think but didn't fix it entirely. If the enemy has a big fleet with room to spare your bombers tend to engage as often as each 8 hours, otherwise every 24 hours, but in some situations like against small fleets or lone ships they still get "stuck" and stop coming back.
