Could someone answer me the following questions?
- Can I send expeditionary air forces? - keeping my doctrines affected them
- Can I send expeditionary naval forces? - keeping my doctrines affected them
- If I want to produce armor/plane/ship by blueprint, Will my or the owner's design bureau applied?

How do I control minor Allied forces? For example, when playing Germany, how do I control or issue orders to the Hungarian and Romanian forces? I can "request" control over Slovakia (puppet), but it is extremely unrealistic and annoying that the German HQ does not at least issue strategic orderes to the minor allies in relevant theatres.

- If you mean license production then owners design bureau when the tech was researched will be applied ( it should be visible on unit icon if and what it is I think ).

You don't :(

They used to spam you with offers to send expeditionary forces but I think it has been turned off since many felt that it got annoying.

Thank you!

So because Italy does not have an atlantic ship designer, if Germany researches SHBB with that designer, and sells the blueprints to Italy, the bonuses will apply?

Assuming I have a (SH)BB-focused fleet and fight a Carrier-focused one with a full load of planes, how good/bad Tactical Bombers are when it comes to mutual air beating?

I know land-based CAS can be fairly effective for that (for the lack of any other option of negating enemy airpower, lol) and sorta provide air-cover for my fleets. But once you enter high seas range becomes an issue, obviously. On the other hand, HFs don't 'engage' at naval combat and just reduce enemy's sortie efficiency, so I kind of need some land-based planes to fight along with my fleet directly.

France or Spain?

Perhaps. Raj then? You've got the three major Axis powers, the USSR and only one UK player. Might as well get the Raj in... or Australia.

The problem, that there are 5 of us. I think A GER + ITA and an axis minor would be ok vs UK + USSR. Because USA is much stronger as AI as Japan, and can be more help for the Allies than Japan for the Axis. Maybe GER + ITA + ROM vs UK + USSR? Romania can both participate in the fight agains UK in the Mediterraneum, and in the campaign against the Soviets.

I just promoted one of my Generals to Field Marshall so he can command all of my divisions instead of the skill 1 guys I hired during the war. However when I have my new FM take over a new Army, he loses command of his current one. Do I have to have him command all divisions in a huge glob or can I split off new armies under his command once he's in charge of them all?

You must give your field marshal a group of forces the same way you did with generals. Field marshals aren’t above the structure.

Yet. They will be when 1.5 comes out.

I really like dropping nukes. Does that make me a bad person?

As a minor nation with generic focus tree, assuming one severely gimps himself by ahead-of-time penalties, how quickly can one get Jet Fighter I researched?

A question about equipment stockpiles. Say I am producing '36 light tanks, to replace the '34 light tanks in my existing units. The result being that the '34 light tanks end up being displaced and moved to my stockpile.

Now, with a few hundred of the '34 light tanks in my stockpile, I decide to train a new light tank division. What happens? Does the new unit draw only from newly produced '36 light tanks, or does it also draw from the '34 light tanks?

The latter is what I would like it to do, and what I would expect it to do - train up and deploy with old kit and then over time have that kit replaced with newer stuff. But if there's anything in-game that makes this clear I've managed to miss it......
