According to the REP MISC.txt file

# Stockpile limit multiplier for industry resources (energy, metal, rare materials). -1 = Disable, else = Desired Stockpile (unmodified) * this
-1
# Stockpile limits multiplier for supplies and oil. -1 = Disable, else = Desired Stockpile (unmodified) * this
-1
# Over stockpile limit daily loss (percentage of the exceeding resource). 0.0 = no loss, 1.0 = 100%
0.0

So there should be no loss for over stockpile, unless changed via event. Very strange why this happens only in this mod of DH. I have checked all other's current and cannot find out why this happens, consistently on the 3rd of JAN 33.

I've just downloaded last version of REP and these are true values in misc.txt:
# Stockpile limit multiplier for industry resources (energy, metal, rare materials). -1 = Disable, else = Desired Stockpile (unmodified) * this
2.0 #-1
# Stockpile limits multiplier for supplies and oil. -1 = Disable, else = Desired Stockpile (unmodified) * this
4.0 #-1
# Over stockpile limit daily loss (percentage of the exceeding resource). 0.0 = no loss, 1.0 = 100%
0.02 #0.0
Moreover, I don't recall changing them in anyway, so they should match with values from DH Full. Either you edited them yourself, or you showed values from wrong file.

Dear gen.Hell,

As i started the Poland invasion - SU not yet annex Latvia and Estonia , thats why SU doesnt join the Poland Invasion.
Beside of that, after Poland annex -- i got message event that war is not popular in German citizen (+2 dissent hit)
There must be event that i miss before Poland invasion.
I do not choose to enter/fired :
- Latvia non aggresion pact
- Estonia non aggresion pact
also event partition of Poland with SU doesnt exist before invasion too

Have you even signed pact with Soviet Union? Latvia and Estonia don't matter here at all.

Stockpile limits are calculated at the third day of scenario, hence random coincidence with this event. On 3.01.1933 I have ~17k/8k/4k/3k/2k limit for energy/metal/rare/oil/supplies respectively, so I don't see any problem here. The negative values are difference between current stockpile and max stockpile. I've got similar values through whole January.
Where did you set these limits? I do not see them in MISC.txt, GER.inc, 1933.eug nor SETUP.inc.

But there the event is not appear in ? selection ...
I think i got it ... u must enact non aggresion pact to Poland right ?
- Annex/control Czechia by End of Czechoslovakia decision
- Wait to 5.01.1939 for appointment of Molotov
- Wait for random event GER-SOV rapprochement
- Sign German-Soviet Credit Agreement
Then you have access to pact with SU. Of course you have to break agreement (not NAP) with Poland before that.

Did you read and understand my previous posts?

Those german-soviet credit agreement is not fired .... at least in my file attached, if you are kindly enough to elaborate - if u have time.

I did read them, what I am asking is from your statement "On 3.01.1933 I have ~17k/8k/4k/3k/2k limit for energy/metal/rare/oil/supplies respectively", where did you place this limit? This is what I am hitting, as I work very hard early game to decrease decent and increase the resource stocks due to their availability.

I've already answered: this limit is not placed anywhere, it's calculated at the third day of scenario on the basis of your IC and modifiers from events (there aren't any in 1933) and ministers (there aren't any at all in German file).

This or trigger GER-SOV rapprochement from console (192800001). I'll think about increasing probability of this event.
Appreciated that ... 3x reload from 1939 that M-R pact doesnt fired at all.
The closest thing fired is SU rapprochement "chestnut speech" (GER +25 rel with SU) event ....
This is the event right?

The thing about decisions is that they don't fire automatically.

Event "German-Soviet rapprochement" is a sufficient condition to make decision "German-Soviet Credit Agreement" available. You need at least -75 relation with SU and 2000 money to fire it. When you succeeded with that decision (SU can refuse, but you've got another shot at that after 7 days) and simultaneously you broke pacts with Poland or reasserted claims on Poland (all through decisions), you can sign pact with Soviets.

This is a bit a surprise to me that there are problems with this pretty straightforward path. In each test game, I signed a pact with the Soviets in the summer of 1939, and no one reported any problems with it.

It is quite a nuisance, what i mean reload from 1939 is from Jan 1939 near end of Czech event. But i admit that i dont reserve 2000 ducats back then ...could it be the cause ?

I've been playing REP for the first time for a couple of days now, very impressed with the excellent and thorough work. I did notice one issue with the Balkan Investment Decision. It allows you to pick a nation and invest in them and among other things grants a +1 IC to that nations capital from your investment. On my play through this IC never appeared for the target nation, although after I conquered Yugoslavia I invested in Yugoslavia and the +1 IC showed up immediately in Belgrade now that it was under my control. I suggest that the game might not allow an event to create IC outside of the territory of the nation for whom the event fired. You might need to change the event to trigger an event for the receiving nation for them to properly get the IC. Once again great mod. I am looking forward to another play through, with the benefit of having learned how important cash reserves are to Germany in this mod I should do much better.
