Events, jobs, plots and decisions:
- White Walkers may now emerge...
- Added flavour for the courtesans of Braavos
- Added a decision for unlanded characters to bewtow dragon eggs on their children (they can't use dynasty decisions)
- Added an event where an independent King can name their daughter-heir as the heir apparent, with potential consequences
- Added option to buy unsullied event that gives a pop up when they become available again
- Adjusted the bastard asks for legitmisation event
- Improved the misc_traits events
- Merged special executions with the diplo execution, also added crucifixion and a special punishment for females of Hyrkoon culture group...
- Valyrian religion characters can now take concubines
- Added a decision where Triarchs can build statues, with associated vandalism events
- Added an event chain where a ruler is gifted a zorse
- Added royal proclamations for New Valyria and Ghiscar
- Added in an Aerion Brightflame inspired set of events to become a "Dragon"
- Very powerful Lords can now try to plot for a claim on their liege's title
- Added an event where slave traders can buy slave camps from random small time slavers
- The character Chosen by Rhllor is now more likely to go on landless adventures
- Ironborn can now take their slaves as salt wives
- Made it possible for skinchangers to accquire multiple animal companions

Character/Database setup (WARNING, SPOILERS AHEAD):
- Fixed ethnicity of Black Pearls
- Added a family for Vaario Quanis in the Stepstones
- Dhazak and Uhlez family added, Green Grace is now older (Barristan said that she is 20 years older than him), zo Loraq and zo Galare houses expanded to canon sizes
- Hizdhar changed to Hizdahr as it was in books
- Added Yherizan and Ghazeen families in Meereen and settled them in random-ruled baronies
- Added Qazzar, Hazkar and Rhazdar families in Meereen
- Formerly random baronies in Meereen now belong to canon houses. Only city and castle baronies
- Sansa now has the court education modifier, to make sure she gets an appropiate education trait when she turns 16
- Added Zhak house in Meereen
- Added Merreq house in Meereen.
- Re-added friendship for Illyrio/Varys
- Added 8 canon pitfighters in Hizdar zo Loraq court
- Expanded zo Pahl family to book size
- Correct Balerion and Meraxes' death dates
- Updated House Borrell
- Made Daemon Targaryen a skilled fighter
- Added Ser Luthor Largent, gold cloaks commander during the dance
- Added Laneor Velaryon's rumoured lovers
- Re-added b_drakecastle under Rosby and their holders, House Cargyll.

Balance:
- Dany will no longer regain her claim on the Iron Throne if she founds a Ghiscari Empire
- Educating slaves is now cheaper
- The AI will no longer buy sickly infant slaves
- The size of gift required for a character now also depends on their wealth as well as their rank. The AI may now also sometimes send gifts to vassals
- Modified the force son to train decision by adding in more varied outcomes
- Revised investigate legitimatcy plot conditions somewhat. Only characters with exisitng authority can now begin the plot, can only target characters under 25, and updated AI logic for picking the plot
- AI Lords Paramount are now slightly more likely to join rebel leaders in a mega war
- Dwarfs and other characters with disabilities now have a disadvatnge in tourney jousts
- Blind characters now have a huge disadvantage induels, and are now unlikely to appear in them in the first place
- Reduced the cost of some Dothraki decisions
- Event chain reaving is now somewhat less dangerous
- Allies can no longer be called to help in slave raids
- Weddings are now somewhat cheaper
- The AI is no longer effected by greyscale in The Sorrows (not fair as they don't know about it)
- Reduced the levy and taxes gained from Pirate Dens by approx 25%
- The Pirate Invasion CB now only targets duchies (similar to vanilla holy war), and is now only usable by capable adults
- Pirate, Ironborn, Wildling and Elephant buildings can now be destroyed in a siege
- Wild Dragons appearing in Asshai is now much rarer. They can also no longer breed.
- Made it more difficult to become Favoured by Rhllor

Graphics and portraits:
- Fixed Rhaegal and Viserion's portraits
- Added and replaced existing harpy flags for the Ghiscari kingdoms.
- Added flags for Moraq.
- Added flags for Essaria and Sarnor by azaghal
- Added flags in New Ghis by Pageman
- Added new icons for normal and severe winter

Map:
- Horns of Hezzat changed to Horns of Hazzat as it was in books
- Defenders in battle now may get river crossing bonus in King's Landing and Lord Harroway's Town
- Made some of the Basilisk Isles into Brindlemen culture
- The Stepstones now have small base value buildings, to make them somewhat valuable for non-pirates
- Added a small shipyard to Skagos so they can raid if they are independent
- Norvos and Qohor no longer start with trade posts in ruins

Misc:
- City mustering grounds buildings now improve levy reinforcement rate
- A character and their spouse must now be at least 14 to hold a wedding ceremony
- Added a more informative tooltip for the 'Weak Khal' modifier
- If an AI Dornish character changes to true cognatic succession their daughter's marriages will now be checked
- Optimised the feast event chain
- Tradepost garrisons now provide extra levies rather than retinue size
- Having a castellan with good martial in a province now speeds loss of thieves guild, smugglers ring etc
- Slave camps now start with full levies at the start of the game
- Characters now dislike bastard-cuckold children of their spouse
- Triarch elections will no longer be held in times of defensive war or if the capital is occupied
- Base value Ironborn/Ibben buildings should now provide enough ships to transport all the levy
- Improved vanilla unwed daughter bastard event
- Optimised the seasons spread events
- Removed the 8350 year restriction on the Wildling horde event

Bugfixes:
- Fixed problem where the Triarch opinion requirement to turn a republic into a kingdom was impossible to fulfil
- Fixed White Book ugly kingsguard entry not working
- When a ruler of a republic dies their debts will now always pass on to their dynastic heir rather than the heir to the republic
- Fixed problem where only count tier characters could go on hunts
- Fixed the duchy adventure CB
- Bastards should now get the right parent's dynasty when being legitimised
- Fixed problem where the city holding elephant pens weren't actually possible to be built
- If an adventurer has already started their invasion, other rulers will no longer get requests for money
- Can no longer try to sell imprisoned slaves into slavery
- Patricians can no longer be requested to have their liege transferred by another vassal
- Fixed problem where realms in Thralldom couldn't have slave camps
- Fixed Dany's slaver's bay conquest events to take into account possibility of North Valyria already having been formed
- Randomly generated High Valyrian patricians will no lnoger be culled
- Fixed Kingsmoot duel event triggering for random characters
- Fixed I AM DERP AI marriage option appearing for humans
- The 'Son for a Son' Dance of the Dragons event will now only occur if Lucerys dies

Oh boy this is great news. Hopefully it means there won't be hundreds and thousands of landless AIs investigating legitimacy anymore.

And white walkers? Yes details please :)

Question I posted in the last thread:

Jon Snow marches south with 500 men if he takes Stannis Baratheon up on his offer, mostly wildlings according to text. Yet he doesn't march with Tormund Giantsbane, Sigorn of Thenn, or Alfyn Crowkiller or any of the various wildling chiefs who swore to his banner. Instead, they all just stay north of the wall in little fiefs while Jon marches with no-name characters. Shouldn't that be the other way around? The great chiefs and leaders marching under Jon's banner, with a good few more men and women? Also, shouldn't the more northern sections of the KBTOW be ruins by this time, as everyone's headed south to flee the White Walkers?

I can see arguments for Morna, Caster's daughterwives, and those who wanted to head to the Thenn territories, but everyone else was either up for settling the wall or heading south with Jon...
 
There's a problem with the Others. The Winter Wasteland event means that the Other capitol bounces between all of their counties constantly. Which wouldn't be a problem, but once they conquer the wall and the capitol gets put in the Gift, they turn into a Republic.
 
I assume you fixed that one issue with the Dornish woman married to herself that broke saves after a few decades?

It is already fixed for the ext version, I have fixed numerous bugs with the white walkers already and made some improvements. So they can never be a republic, there won't be any maintenance event clashes and they will only have one capital that doesn't move.

Are the White Walkers dependent on playing a particular scenario, or tied to any particular date? Or do they just randomly show up at some point.

Randomly show up, they should be invading already in AFFC, but not currently implented.
 
For some reason I was under the impression that 300 AL (8300) was a magically significant date, in which case it would make sense to tie it to that time. Though I guess there's something to be said to it happening out of the blue and without warning.
