Hey, just out of curiosity(And forgive me, please, if this isn't the place to ask), is there any chance there could be skinchanger traits added to suit the different families that don't have them already? (Lion for Lannisters, Stag for Baratheon, etc?)

Well the thing is those are dynasties that don't follow the Old Gods so they would never get them anyway, not to mention even if they did follow the Old Gods they aren't families like the Starks and Farwynds that are notable for skinchanging and so far only those two get any special treatment(Direwolves are in and the Farwynds got sea creature put in for them.)

But, as I understand it, anyone can be a skinchanger - It is a rare gift, but not one limited to Northerners or people with the blood of the First Men(http://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/Brynden_Rivers - Notable skinchanger of Targaryen and Riverlander descent.) Furthermore, Sansa, a follower of the Seven ingame(I consider her undecided in the books) is a skinchanger. I also don't know of any source in the books that states that only a Northerner or follower of the Old Gods can be a skinchanger.

Bryn Blackwood? Born to a Blackwood mother, the Blackwoods being an ancient house of First Men who still hold to the Old Gods and have the largest weirwood tree in Westeros in thei castle Raventree Hall, a castle that Brynden was raised in.
Ingame Bloodraven is a follower of the Old Gods.

Furthermore, Sansa, a follower of the Seven ingame(I consider her undecided in the books) is a skinchanger.

In game terms she would have recieved the events while still an Old Gods follwer in the North.

I also don't know of any source in the books that states that only a Northerner or follower of the Old Gods can be a skinchanger.

Apart from the fact that the only people we've seen with the ability are First Men and most notably offshoot First Men such as the Wildlings and Crannogmen who still hold to a more ancient form of Old Gods worhsip.

This is primarily a game. There is likewise nothing anywhere in the books that states that a Septon or a Maester or any old peasant can't perform the exact same feats as the Red Priests, it doesn't mean that ingame every character will have access to them. The possibility of becomming a skinchanger is something that makes the Old Gods religion unique, just like the Knight/High Septon stuff is for the Seven and the Red Priest magic is for R'hllor. Not every option will be vailable for every player.

But gamewise, every option is available for every player. I can make a Tyroshi with a shadowcat via basic character creation, no game editing involved - Why not a Lannister with a lion?

Edit: And please don't get me wrong - While I am arguing for this fairly stubbornly, I understand that you, the devs, have many better things to do than cater to every fan who comes along trying to get their specific wish added. I would also like to say, thank you. You do an incredible job on this mod:]

How exactly does using the ruler designer to create a customized character with customized traits and then inserting them into the game, equal "no game editing involved"?

I'm trying to say that it means you're not cheating. The ruler designer is an official DLC release - You use it before the game starts and pay heavy penalties for the best traits, where console commands are game editing, taking place during the actual game.

Still, if you can't replicate the results in the actual game, it really is just a cheat. It's just that this cheat cost you money.

Firstly, sorry for the slow reply.

Secondly, I forgot an example earlier regarding non Northerner skinchangers, when I mentioned Bloodraven.

Some claim that the Farwynds from Lonely Light are skinchangers who can take the forms of sea lions, walruses and spotted whales. - http://awoiaf.westeros.org/index.php/House_Farwynd_of_the_Lonely_Light

I understand that this is only a claim, but I felt it worth mentioning, especially since "A whale", "A Walrus" and "A Sea Lion" are traits ingame.

They can get those animals as for them it is more of a dynastic thing not a religious or cultural thing.

So, they're iron islander skinchangers:p

This will be my last post about this. I understand, as I mentioned, that not everything will be added to the mod. I just felt this worth discussing, but I now feel that everything that can be argued for it has been, and to continue the argument would be pointless.

Thank you all for taking the time to discuss it with me, by the way! And thank you again for making the mod in for first place.

It's a whole server outage at ProphpBB

I am sympathic to Viserys' situation, but he wouldn't have been called the Beggar King if he actually had lands. Although, as I recalled, Viserys and Danys did have some estates before what's his face died. Or at least a house and some servants. Can that be turned into an full county?
