Restarted and tried to re-activate. A pop up then stated that it was not released. Is this because I purchased it through GamersGate?
Restarting is the key to Steam as we have all learned this year... sadly the Pre-Orders are still just that.. Pre-Orders.

Same here! I have every confidence that Steam will have it sorted in no time.
I pre-purchased through GamersGate too and entered the key this morning (and got the "AGoD Preorder" item in my library). Seems like they haven't switched the preorders like someone else already mentioned.
EDIT: At least i have a DWARF icon on the forums now!

Well, I assumed the interface was stupid and wouldn't update when the game was released, so I kept activating it.
Now it has gone from 'Game not officially released' to 'Invalid product code'. Well, blimey! Now I am even more confident!
I haven't used steam much at all but they been around for what more then 10 years now? They haven't figured out how to handle preorders yet?? What the hell??

Question, i preordered it some days ago on Steam but didn't activatet anything.
So do i just have to wait for Steam to download it , or do i have to activate something first? (checked Mail , i just see the Transaction's nothing else)
