I think it should be so, yes as the whole world is 1h forward.

The funny thing is that I somehow managed to miss the whole thing as most of the clocks (mobile, PC) I have switch themselves automatically and the only one which had to be switched manually was switched by my gf and she didn't even say a word.
I feel punked.

Well, i am out of this game... the game was totaly laggy for me... it was even worst then the "Cross,Quill and Sword" game... Sorry for taking your time

Sorry? When i got in-game, France was already screwed. I had like -4 rep, and my vassal's loyalty were dropping VERY fast, forcing me to change to feudal and asking for no scutage, not to speak about granting count/duke titles to everyone. Plus you started crying just because i peaced with castille... But the worst was the lag, thus why i asked you for the titles, and then why i left.

P.S. the rules say that if the AI screws up the player REP, then the BB is reduced... still when i joined the BB was high... really, why do that rule exist, if no one removed/lowered the BB points of france? and then you blame me for what i did to france just because someone out there is not doing his job? the AI would get france split apart anyway, with such a bad rep

Kujy was no real vassal, he was just in your realm to stay save until he is Castile. And you made peace although he asked you not to.

We didn't know you would join as France. Or at least nobody had edited the save. Sterk's BB is the same too.

I repeatedly asked you NOT to peace with Leon/Castille so I can get its king titles. CSK is right, I was no real vassal but was only trying to save my own a$$ from the Muslims in case they DOWed me. If I knew you were going to return as France for sure by the next session then I wouldn't have pledged to the French King but to some other AI monarch.

I told you to pledge to me. I wouldn't have done that.

man, i really love those comparisons... i don't know how many provinces sterk conquered, or what actions he must have taken to lower his rep so much, but he played more then one session as poland... i just joined now, France JUST conquered ONE SINGLE PROVINCE, and my rep is -4... and don't come and say "We didn't know you would play France", i am saying that since 3 days ago or such.

Oh, you wanted me to simple allow you to become king of castille? What would i get out of it? Actually, nothing... I guess if i had done such a thing, in eu2 i would get an angry spain taking all of my land. You wanted me to dig my own grave? Ah, what a joke...

Anyway, i know i shouldn't have screwed the game by messing france so much... there were some good people playing this game and they didn't deserve that

Well if you were so concerned about me being a future pain for France then you should've negotiated some sort of agreement, like a peace lasting a couple of centuries. And I don’t give a flying fig about France anyway, my interests lay elsewhere.
 
Good session guys, it was fun to play despite the ridiculously large amount of rehosts. :)
 
I have to say that you have no basis for complaint here Kujy. Sure, it sucks to be in your position with a hostile liege who won't let you expand. But, you screwed up earlier which is why you were in that position. Ego merely took advantage of the situation and did what he thought would be best for him. You were doing what you thought was best for you (protecting yourself from Muslims). You got protection from Muslims and you were supposed to pay for it in vassalage. What Ego did was smart in that he prevented an enemy from expanding. If he had let you expand you would have eventually turned on him. Keeping you weak was the best option. Peace rarely lasts for one century, much less two. Oppressing you was/is less risky than coming to some vague agreement which you can simply violate.

That being said, I think the way Ego acted was inappropriate as well. Perhaps you had a good reason for quitting, but you did so very abruptly. You could have asked for a rehost or explained calmly that you couldn't go on playing because of the lag and made it clear that it was just the lag.
 
At least i am not the only one who thinks this way... I admit, what i did was wrong, and i should have never messed france so much... I should have simply quited the game without doing that... Sorry, i was very nervous :rolleyes:

Still, i wish you all good luck... I hope that Kujy will be annexed by someone :rofl:

Enemy? That's laughable. I care as much about France as I do about your empty treasury and subsequent begging for a "loan" (that would never be repayed anyway). But I'm done talking about this, plus this isn't the thread for it, this kind of stuff should be to a diplomacy thread.
 
To make things clear:

1.BurningEGO was not gonna be banned, however his connection was very slow and I'd recommend a faster one to not clump the whole party. Also I would recommend you to consider becoming a bit more serious about the game. Noone expects you to pop out without explanation when host is already hovering his mouse over 'Start' button.

2.It was my fault BurningEGO had so much BB, so it's not his fault France was screwed up. I would like to ask that next time when Im nowhere to see CSK does this little BB edit (could you CSK?).

3.It was fully legal to make peace for France to deny Kujy expansion, however, in interests of prolonged fun with the game, it was very bad to do so, as Castile was struggling as it was and now it seems dying. We cannot afford to lose a player because of other player's ambition. At least not this early.

4.Please refrain from making comments about banning or other GM rulings. Before the ruling is actually imposed noone has right to say 'you are gonna be insert ruling here'. That only screws up the game atmosphere and in no way reinforces anyone's position in discussion.


The session was really hard indeed, just tell me, did you stop after I dropped (my ISP went down again) or later (and how much).
Also, Tzare, could you upload the latest save and provide a link?
