I believe that's the Historical Immersion Project (HIP) he is using.
It must be, those localized names tell us everything. Ugh, the worst part of HIP.

Edit: Ok, many people don't seem to share my opinion. Localization is good but too much is too much.

I would disagree. Heilige römishes reich is so mych nicer than holy roman empire. Granted both are better than the swedish Tysk-rommerska riket (germano-roman empire). Which completly leaves out any possibility to convey that it's the same title held by charlamagne.

The border butchery between hungary and poland is horrible. It's like they're trying and failing to hug.
 
They are in fact a single state, I believe, but Hungry Hungary has bisected it.
Nope, the bit to the north-east is of different colour. The one east of Novgorod. There's even a discernible border between the two Polands there :)
 
The duchy and kingdom of poland would be my guess.
