Catholic Russia???? HOW DARE YOU

Erm I might be wrong , but he's called "The Stranger" for apparent reason :)

Edited : Pressed Enter accidentaly. But in all seriousness, I couldn't find Orthodox girl to kidnap, and the Magyar Khagan next door just decided to believe in Jesus, so well have to be satisfied with Queen of Great Moravia or I will be swallowed whole.

Trust me I wanna be an Orthodox too instead of Catholic :D

I can understand that. I'm currently a Slavic Norse in my Kiev game and I'm desperately trying to kidnap an Orthodox woman, or wait for the ERE to send a priest over. Orthodox fits better due to the history but Catholic can be lots of fun I bet! :D

Trust me good sir, if anything, I NEVER have priest visiting the land of Kiev, they are too busy pacifying nomads and couldn't care less about some tribal chief in the middle of tundra. And for god sakes I will accept anything, be that Jesus/Allah/Adonai/Ahura Mazda/Buddha/Shiva/Cristiano Ronaldo/Angela Merkel as long as they have "organized religion" as their middle name to help me out of tribal life. So well have to carved my own path, and screw this, lets do Prepared Invasion to Great Moravia :D

As for Poland, I'm flattered if someone called us Poland, but that is reserved for King Piast Piast and his men who unite all Poland under one banner, went Catholic just like history dictates and moved the capital from Poznan to Krakow. Too busy kicking out those pesky Rurikids out of Novgorod, so I just noticed this recently.

Family fun with me, Heinrich Salian, my son Heinrich Salian and my grandson, Heinrich Salian. Currently the great-grandson of Kaiser Heinrich is the fifth Heinrich Salian in a row.

I don't know if they are planning to implement guerrilla tactics, but I assure you it won't work.

A pious, lazy homosexual called Francois. I think i'm entirely alone in finding this funny and might be a Frenchist by posting it, but I chuckled.

Well you could make a family arrangement to call each other Heinrich, Henry, Hank, Harry and Heiny if that helps

The Caliphate of Cordoba (well, in Toledo)... the AI managed to reach it. (and call yihads, of course)

Historial note: In 921 Abd-ar-Rahman III proclaimed himself Caliph, and opossed to the Damascus one. In CK2 there's not two Sunni Caliphates, because the Umayyads disbanded at 1031.

Not to downplay the result of your game, but this should happen with some regularity, right? Since the Umayyads are Sayyid, it suffices that the Abbasid Caliphate is destroyed and the Umayyad leader has more than 1000 piety for this to happen (if I am not wrong), which is nice.

In the earlier startdates, it's pretty difficult for the Abbasid Caliphate to be destroyed - it normally stays tied to the Arabian Empire, and so it normally takes Empire being destroyed to get rid of it.

Well, it can happen sometimes - via internal revolts, changes of religion etc.
