the ability to select more than one type of tree has gone away, brush and line tool.

There is currently an incompatibility between that feature and Asset Icon library due to an update in that mod. I need to look into that issue and maybe talk with TDW. For now, the feature does work, but just not as well as you can't see what multiple trees are selected.

I have a beta available on Cities Skylines Modding discord that addresses the incompatibility with AIL. Hopefully patch goes live on PDX Mods soon.

confirming it did work without seeing all trees that are selected and it now works as expected.

Yenyang, I am having an issue where trees that are part of assets can be changed just fine with the brush modifier tools (tree age, and change tree type) but when I reload the game they revert back to the youngest / sapling versions of their original trees. I have tried a few different combos of anarchy etc, and they always seem to revert back. Any suggestions? Thank you again for everything you are doing.

When I designed the tree change tool I didn't know that trees would revert when the building updates, and so I didn't design a way for them to stay what you set them as. I can address this at some point, so you may just want to stop using that tool to change trees that are part of a building. If you want the same effect, you can use BB remove sub elements to remove all trees of a "Matching" type from a building, and then use Anarchy to place new ones. I understand that's way more steps and annoying. But BB remove subelements at least has a way to remove things after they come back due to a building updating if you're using Matching or Similar selection. Single selection does not automatically remove them when they regenerate.

The age reverting surprises me unless it's only on the ones that also had their type changed. That would be consistent with what I think happens.

I am getting the same issue but on the university which is not a building getting updates. Is there a way there is an other "issue" ?
On others buildings I dont get this issue.

The Tree selection is undone when scrolling to the next page making it impossible to select trees of multiple pages.

If you hold Ctrl while trying to switch pages, maybe it will go across without losing the set, but. . .
yes it's annoying. I don't have a perfect solution for you at the moment. Add Object menu from DevUI can help, but it has it's own different problems. You can use Find it, but it won't highlight mulitples anymore.
 
This is an amazing mod, true game changer for my build. Just out of curiosity, are there any plans to expand the constraint brush for other objects such as rocks/boulders?

Would be extremely helpful when painting in rivers, rail, etc.

Haha. Tree Controller is regularly running into a limitation from scope like that. Sometimes when I don't like that scope issue, I just build stuff into anarchy instead.

I'll consider adding that I suppose. I'm not sure when I'll get around to it.
