Damn the French AI, anyway, it could have had a WP half a year before if it had only accepted my offers. It's not like I cared that it had claims on my stuff.

Game recap: We played from 1216 to 1223. The Mongols arrived, but seem to have gotten a bit bogged down in the east. fj, cc, Corvinus, and I get ontime cookies. fj used his Crusader pagan DOW for his king Hrabis. I have a new king, Ernst. I agreed with fj to swap Rugen and Viken for Upper Silesia, and Franken for Scalovia; negotiations continue on the subject of Liberec.

He is switching to the Duchy of Calabria; plans to make himself king, well, that's between him and his liege, I'd say. :)

Corvinus, if you read this, I did the name and dynasty changes as you requested, and will apply the ontime bonus to your new Duke. I didn't give you any extra claims, though, and I seem to recall that extra traits are a requestable AAR bonus, so I didn't make your heir Valorous, not that he needs it with Martial 17 anyway. :eek
 
fj, you seem to have disappeared - end time came around, and the German AI DOWed Corvinus, so we made a client save and quit.
 
Really sorry about that, guys. I fell asleep at my desk, waking up half an hour after the session ended. Many apologies about that. I really hope it never happens again.

I saved once I awoke, this was seven years after session start. What was the save date on your save, KoM? If they are the same, all is not lost.
 
Well Guys,

You ever have one of thos eweeks where you just wish it never happened?? Last week was one of those. My youngest son dislocated his elbow twice last week and I got into a nice fender bender when I was coming home on Friday. I will be there Friday and, hopefully, this week will be better.

Game recap: We played from 1223 to 1230. Corvinus, wilcox, and I get ontime cookies. I and fj both DOWed the Crusade target, Jerusalem. In addition, I used my pagan DOW for king Ernst to clean up most of Norway. Corvinus had a new Duke, Julius Theodoros, and used his pagan DOW. Bohemia has a new King, Jirik.
 
I didn't forget, actually; I just edited it in, before I saw your post. So there. And I moved Hamelin and his children over to France.

Game recap: We played from 1230 to 1235. My king Ernst gained the Crusader trait and used it; he also went on Crusade for the target, Jerusalem. Cc, corv, and wil get ontime cookies.
 
So how did the game go yesterday? did Fj got his Lithuania Title?

So, Wil, did you think about the Pressburg exchange deal i offered you?

KoM: From my records from last session, Germax and I agreed to the following deal:

I will cede esztergom, trencin, and varadzin to Germax. He will cede sandomierskie and peremyshl to me.

But i'm afraid i wont be able to join today, i'm not in my city and i couldn't find a place to connect at such a late hour tonight :(
 
Game recap : We played from 1235 to 1241. Germax, Corv, wil and I get ontime cookies. Germax DOWed Semander. A crusade against Valencia was declared, and germax, cc, wil and I all DOWed. Spain will very shortly be Christian again.

Edits: The above transfer of provinces, ontime cookies, Corv's heir renamed to "Bartolomaios Leo".
 
Game recap: We played from 1241 to 1247. Corv, fj, cc and I get ontime cookies. Wilcox has a new king, Hamelin; I have a new king, Emich, and used his DOW for Plasensia; fj has a new King, Laurencz. In addition to the ontime cookies, Corv has requested several minor cosmetic changes to his family:

  • Bishop of Reggia's main title changed to Epieros, some claims removed.
  • Bishop of Corbria: Rename to "Athanasios Albus", remove some claims.
  • Count of Abydos: Rename to "Ioannes Aquila", give a claim on Duke of Abydos (which Corvinus owns, so that only affects him - quite reasonable) and county of Abydos (which is not possible because you can't have a claim on a title you possess) and remove the claim on Calabria.
  • Count of Foggia: Rename to "Fabius Niketas" and new DNA 07081021100307.
  • Daughter of Duke: Rename to "Theodora Pulchra" and new DNA 08030009030306.

Alas, I haven't enough time for this right now, but it will be done for the next session. Corv also requested an event, "Creation of the Order of Saint Regulus", or "The Greek Catholic Order", which would change some cultures and religions; this I do not like, as it has strong gameplay effects on a possible EU2 conversion. But he is certainly at liberty to write it into his AAR.

Requested recap of the pagan-DOW rules: You may DOW any Christian you like. You may DOW a pagan or Moslem once per ruler lifetime, with the following exceptions: Responding to the call of an ally or vassal, and DOWing the owner of the Crusade target. Also, a ruler with the Crusader trait gets an extra pagan DOW.

I'll try to do any cosmetic edits such as the ones above, but try to request them early in the week, please.
