Oh, about the timing. As I understood it, Cc would have trouble with 2000 (one hour after the current time) while Just would have trouble with 1900 (the current time). How is 1930, half an hour after the current time? Split the difference, as it were. Would that help your respective problems?

Works for me KoM. I can do that. I can do the hour later, but it will be a big deal for me since we would not finish till 3 am my time and I usually work on Saturdays.

Sorry about that. I was refering to my own time zone which is EST. I would prefer the 10 pm to 2 am EST like we did before. However, I can do the 10:30 pm to 2:30 am or the 11 pm to 3 am times as well. They would just make life a little more difficult on Saturdays.

PS:Remember, I am on East Coast time(USA) :D
 
I understood what the problem was, I'm just a little confused on why 0230 is better than 0300. Half an hour doesn't make much difference to me, anyway. But I guess you know your own sleep patterns best. :)
 
OK, I got my cable hooked up today, we're back up and running. I like the rules on assassinations, and I will definitely play as the Aquitaine. The half hour later sounds good, I can live with that.

I can try hosting again now that I have a different - and hopefully better - connection.
 
Ok, just so I'm completely clear, by 'the Aquitaine' you mean the d'Aquitaine family, who in 1066 are Dukes of Poitou, which is the duchy covering the Aquitaine region of France; am I right?

It seems we have found a workable compromise on the time, so 1930 Pacific time it is. :)

Alas, no. Will be moving around a bit the next few weeks, possibly across the entire country (and I'm not talking "west-east-across-Sweden" here) and won't have a reliable internet access during the time. I also have a few major projects that I'm trying to wrap up (my homepage, a "Master of Orion 2" mod, a book, getting a new computer with a Lian-Li aquarium chassi, a potential religious conversion, a likely circumcission unrelated to said conversion, contingency plans for the autumn et.c.).

I could consider joining at a later date though, once things have settled down.

As an aside, religious conversion? Have the Mormons gotten to you? Then again, they don't go for circumcision... Seems you Swedes have complicated-type lives. I'm glad to be a simple Norwegian. ;)

It's for medical reasons, not religious (as stated ;) ). Well, partially medical - I suppose it'd be possible to fix it with a smaller-scale operation or ongoing cortisone treatment, but it's supposed to be popular with the ladies (and with it being so rare in this country, I think it might generate some additional interest) and I'd also rather go all the way so that I never have to worry about it again. Even if it will mean PAIN in the short term.

As for the religious conversion... it's not the Mormons. It's another church that I've known of for very long but somehow never really knew much about (and I'm still not sure about which way I'll go). But more on these things once I "return" (i.e. get myself unbanned from OT); this is not the time, nor the place, to discuss these things.

Yes, why not? It'll probably make you our first King, but Bohemia is hardly so powerful as to be unbalancing.

I wish germax would post something, it would be good to confirm that he's playing.

Ill be playing :D, still i can't remember if i decided a duchy or i was gonna pick... the curse of having a terrible memory.
Anyway ill be a regular player.
What are times? firdays?
