with diplomatic capacity a thing how stable are the set ups for the various overlords? This feels like self sabotaging
Despotate? It's an empire. Despotate isn't a real title, or at least wasn't anything conferred to land ownership in any way. At least, not by any Greek state.trebizond should be the despotate of trebizond, meaning it should be a duchy not a county. only seeing it now. also it should have a little bit more natural harbor.
other than that this looks great! love the new market map change btw!!
Just wanted to heavily second this.I'm surprised that the Zagros mountains have so few wastelands specially in Fars
The Chaghatai Ulus breaks apart in... 2 years from the start date, with these internal tribal divisions which were already holding land.Is there a particular reason on why you decided to split Chagatai but not the Golden horde?
Good point, their founder died in 1334 so they definitely should exist. No Building based country Safavid Order?
Ulug Ulus bros keep winningThe Chaghatai Ulus breaks apart in... 2 years from the start date, with these internal tribal divisions which were already holding land.
The various proposed break-aparts of the Golden Horde in 1337 are reflective of internal subdivisions which were governed by appointment. Much like Transylvania, that means not breaking them off into separate tags.
You really want a Rodnovery religion...Since you split up pagan religions and added one thwre in northern caucasus,
Could you add slavic pagan religion? Pwease
This is the starting diplomatic situation of the Jalayirids:@Pavía Could you clarify what tags are vassals of the sutayids rather than direct vassals of the Jalayirids?
schools are in no way enough to represent the divisions in Islam. Also prettys sure those schools usually represent schools of jurispredence not sects. By that logic EU5 should have a single protestant faith and use schools to represent Anabaptists, Wycliffians, Anglicans, etc. That’s why Islam has schools mechanics tho.
It's there and not desiccated, I promise! The Aral sea doesn't appear in the climate, topography and province maps
What about those Mus. And Hiz. tags, are they not part of the Jalayirid domains? Also do the Ertnids still have vassals in Anatolia? This is the starting diplomatic situation of the Jalayirids:

(Ignore the Jalayirids and the subjects having the same colouring; that's a bug that will be fixed).
Just added it.No natural harbor at Baku?
They would be using the title "Malik" if they were (Persian) governors of the Ilkhanate. I don't know whether or not any of the post-Ilkhan governors aside from the Kartids tried to elevate themselves to Sultan (and who were thoroughly put down in their attempt to do so by some number of Chaghatai tribes, since doing so would be a more formal break from Ilkhan suzerainty however symbolic) around this time. The Muzaffarids did declare themselves Caliph, but later on.Trebizond was an empire, Ormus and the Hüleguids should be kingdom rank titles, all the indipendent turkik bayliks should be duchy rank same for the Jarwanids and Usfurids(if they are added) as they used the title of Amir, I'm pretty sure that other rulers in the region like the Injuids, Muzaffarids and so on used the title of Emir but I don't know for sure
They're vassals of Bitlis. What about those Mus. And Hiz. tags, are they not part of the Jalayirid domains? Also do the Ertnids still have vassals in Anatolia?
