I just noticed it wasn't updated for latest RoA. I'm on latest version which is also what may have been causing issues, but otherwise I got it working fine with correct start date and all the countries from IR appearing. if there are incompatibilities with newest RoA and the converter they appear to be soft incomps
Hello! Can you tell me about launching the converter? New versions simply do not start on my machine.
Although here is a screenshot - version 10.6.7 and it starts normally.
What has changed? Maybe there are some recommendations for system updates?

This is caused by an outdated Windows build, but the latest version of the converter should work for you now.
For CK3 1.11 use this: https://github.com/ParadoxGameConverters/ImperatorToCK3/releases/tag/9.7.0
Yes, this is the correct place. Please upload your Imperator save and preferably also the converter's log.txt file and I will check what went wrong.
The latest converter version includes multiple tweaks to RoA compatibility made by @tanner918, so after updating it should work better for you.
Turns out .NET 9 enables Intel CET support by default and this doesn't work for outdated Windows builds. But in the latest release I've disabled this and the converter should now work even on outdated Windows. So please download this version and let me know if the problem persists.

You should verify the CK3 game files, maybe something's corrupted.

I don't know about other platforms, so maybe just fully uninstall and reinstall CK3.
I`ve trying to create the best experience for the conversion, but for you guys what`s the fittest way to play?
1. Use the Invictus extended mod + crisis of third century -> converted + The Fallen Eagle -> Starting year in 361 (It seems that the gameplay looses some of his credibility if you play until 1453)
2. Use the Invictus extended mod + crisis of third century -> converted to native CK3 -> Starting year in 476 (maybe looses some of flavor experience from the TFE)

I'd say 1. because you'll get stuff like the rise of Islam and more cultures that existed in I:R.
