Are you playing CK3 version 1.16? The converter hasn't been updated yet for the latest Rajas of Asia update, so you will run into issues right now if trying to convert to that.

I just noticed it wasn't updated for latest RoA. I'm on latest version which is also what may have been causing issues, but otherwise I got it working fine with correct start date and all the countries from IR appearing. if there are incompatibilities with newest RoA and the converter they appear to be soft incomps

This is what I get when I run "ImperatorToCK3Converter.exe". Log.txt is not created

This is caused by an outdated Windows build, but the latest version of the converter should work for you now.

Hello. First of all, thank you very much for working on this project!

I was trying to test converting a game from IR (with Invictus only) to CK3 (no DLCs/Mods), so I ran a campaign in an observer only mode to year 730. Then I used the converter to create a mod for CK3 which worked fine as far I could see. But when I had tried to launch the mod, CK3 after a few minutes of loading just crashes and quits. Would this be the right thread to post the log/error files in?

Yes, this is the correct place. Please upload your Imperator save and preferably also the converter's log.txt file and I will check what went wrong.

The latest converter version includes multiple tweaks to RoA compatibility made by @tanner918, so after updating it should work better for you.

Turns out .NET 9 enables Intel CET support by default and this doesn't work for outdated Windows builds. But in the latest release I've disabled this and the converter should now work even on outdated Windows. So please download this version and let me know if the problem persists.
