I'm still very much 'doing the game'. If I've been less communicative lately, it's because there's been a lot going on at the office/in the team needing my attention. You can expect more from me when things quiet down a bit!

They are. Player's Ascension Synths are, there's no reason why FE Synths wouldn't be.

Where did you get the idea that player synth empires are immune to the Contingency?

No way... you teaser… you just want us to suffer don’t you? How does it feel to know all the answers and just give us these cryptic, and jet straight forward, notes about them -_-

Feels pretty good, thanks for asking! :)

Hmph, interesting bug, I need to check it eventually. Strange that Wiz decided to post it like that.

Honestly, I missed it. I'll look into the bug tomorrow.

The toaster symbol for consumer goods is a bit funny here, since in Battlestar Galactics "toaster" is a derogatory term for a Cylon

It's because HOI4 has toasters reprensenting consumer goods, so I told the artists we need space toasters.

It is also a reference to HOI4 and the Consumer Good Focus economy law. :)

Edit: Ahhh dang it, I got OutWiz'ed

Captain! The hype level is reaching critical levels!
Deploy the money emitter in pulse mode, ensign. Aim directly at the Paradox HQ coordinates. Fire at will.
*runs*

It would be good if you could toggle the spawning of the premade empires the same as with custom ones
I'll add it to my post-vacation suggestion list.
...god I hate it when the Yondarin spawn with *MY* empire emblem.

So subtle. Wiz must have a lot of fun with the teasers. :)
Oh he simply *loves* to torture you with them.
Whenever he gets up to grab a drink and I can see that big smile on his face, I know he just posted a new one.

It's a quite interesting mechanic, a bit different from the things we had so far.

[...] Machine Intelligence have all advantages of regular synths, but still require building and have two unique tradition trees for them as well as access to robot modification techs to increase their trait points.
Correction: Machine empires have the same advantages as all *mechanical* pops. *Not* synthetics.

As a materialist I would like one of these non-super aggressive machine empire. As a pet.
My Funnybot Committee might consider your proposal, depending on the perks you can offer.

No, let it all out.
Sadness or joy, it makes no difference - Wiz craves your delicious tears.

I hope it doesn't just do this for forever in the situation someone takes the planet back I hope some of the modifiers are restored should the planet ever advanced terraformed back

The planet can be terraformed back into a regular habitable world, but deposits and modifiers are gone forever.

So will servitor empires have to stick to organic planets or will Organic Sanctuaries also affect habitability for that tile?

Servitors need to house their organic trophies on regular planets, but it's not like they can't use a mix of machine planets, normal planets and habitats/ringworlds.

Boo!

Guess I'll have to console myself with all the friends my assimilators will be making. </3

You can always have separate sets of planets for your machines and cyborgs. It's not like you're forced to terraform *every* planet.
