May I ask what happens if the Targaryens win the war? Does Lyanna still give birth to a child, but instead of being Neds bastard son its Rhaegars?

I thought Howland Reed was the only survivor.
As for the theory: there seems to be enough material in the books to assume it is just. The alternatives just wouldn't make much sense. Anyhow: nice to see this scenario.
edit: started a game as the Blackwood dynasty, but I'm wondering why that whole family is considered "attractive". I never saw a mention in the books. I guess you have to give the trait to someone other than Jaime/Cersei/Sansa/..., but still I wonder: of all people, why the Brackens damnit.

can he discover if you start in the Clash of Kings scenario, or do you actually have to play through the tower of joy scenario yourself for Jon to discover?
Rhaegar gets an event chain similar to Neds but from the other side. Lyanna gives birth but can either die or survive depending on RNG. Rhaegar then gets a decision to either Legitimize the child or keep him as a bastard.
If you start in the Robert's Rebellion scenario any survivor, including Lyanna, can tell Jon his true parentage.
Yeah he can discover the truth from Howland Reed in any start date after Robert's Rebellion, but I suppose it is unlikely in ACoK as he is stuck on the wall in that scenario.

Just updated with a small bug fix. The decision to legalise parentage now actually sets Rhaegar as Jon's father.

Ideally no, just select both the main mod and the submod and it will work.

I meant to overwrite the previous R+L=J version, since this new update (for 0.9.5) didn't have the .mod file when I first downloaded it. But it's okay, overwriting and deleting that file I mentioned seems to work with no issues!
Except Martin asked the creators of the HBO series "Who is Jon Snow's mother?" as a test question when he first met them and they guessed correctly immediately. So it's doubtful he's throwing a swerve.
