So if all these updates are coming through Paradox Mods does it mean that GFN users won't be able to access any of that?

They didn't even update anything on the discord server, im just being honest here at this point, this was a bit selfish from the point from colossal. But we have been forgotten. Zero communication. All I get on the socials is “we are hard at work on console and hope to have news soon.” Which is the same blanket statement for months.
GeForce Now, maybe able to access this, since my steam account and geforce now (because i have geforce experience and they are interconnected idk the sensical thing behind this) they maybe able to be connected. So if all these updates are coming through Paradox Mods does it mean that GFN users won't be able to access any of that?
Mariina told us what the trade off would be in WoTW 4:Can PDX comment on why Ports and Bridges is being delayed again?
What’s the trade off being made? What’s going to be prioritized at the dlc’s expense?
Depending on how you interpret the statement about acceptable performance and the fact that the first assets pack is coming next week, console release could be closer than people think. The priorities for the team at Colossal Order are the following:
1. Performance improvements2. Bug fixing3. Editor/Modding supportOnce the PC version is where we want it to be, we will be focusing on the console release and DLC content. We are committed to bringing the marketed DLC content to you, but it will not be landing in the originally promoted schedule. The first Asset Pack, Beach Properties, has been worked on by our artists’ and our outsourcing partner, but we’ll only implement them after the asset fix and performance work are completed to our satisfaction. I apologize for the delay, but we must not rush new content out before the base is ready for it. This also stands for the Content Creator Packs and Radio stations. Stay tuned for more information on these later!
Less time spent on the console is a good thing. And once again not a word on console. It’s not even on the 2024 roadmap. What happened to Spring 2024? Does this mean you not even communicating yet another delay. Did you not learn from last years last minute delay where you crushed the hype and anticipation of an entire segment of your player community?? Not once have you treated console players as a priority. You actually treat console like we don’t exist.
Yes, but these quotes were actually about the first postponement of the DLC timeline. Originally, Beach Properties would come in Q4 2023, and Bridges and Ports in Q1. This got delayed to Q1 and Q2. So basically Mariina's quote here means that "the asset fix and performance work are completed to our satisfaction", because that is when they were going to release Beach Properties.Mariina told us what the trade off would be in WoTW 4:

They confirmed that there will be a bugfix with the launch of that asset pack.Does anybody actually have an update related to the broken traffic mechanics and city stats, just to name a few game-breaking bugs? no? ok so just moving on with this mods editor announcement, gotcha.

Modding
With Mods (short for modifications), you can tailor your gaming experience to your unique preferences. Uploaded by creators all over the world, you can pick between anything to create the city of your dreams. Along with Beach Properties, the first wave of Cities: Skylines II Modding will be available. The Beta release of Modding will initially support Map and Code mods.
With the Map Editor, you can make maps with the Terraforming Tools you’re used to, import hightmaps to create highly accurate depictions of your hometown, and upload your creations to Paradox Mods.
With the Code Tools, you can show off your coding skills and create Code Mods to meet your heart's desire!
Future updates will improve on these tools and come to include support for Asset Mods. As we’ve talked about before, there will be updates to these tools that we are currently working on, and we will see some updates before the 1.0 release. We will be taking your opinion into consideration when we continue to work on the editor and are looking forward to seeing the feedback that you might have.
If you’re curious about what the process of Modding will look like you can already check it out on the Cities: Skylines II Wiki here:
https://cs2.paradoxwikis.com/Modding
This also means that Paradox Mods will also open for you to upload your own creations and download the creations of your favorite Map and Code Mod creators! We’re excited to see it fill up!
Updates and Fixes
Along with Beach Properties, there will also be a substantial amount of Performance updates and General Fixes & Improvements. We hope to see much improvement to performance, especially on lower-end spec computers. The full Patch Notes will be posted along with the release of Beach Properties on the 25th.
This week we will also release three Developer Diaries on the topic of Modding;
19th of March: Dev Diary #1: Paradox Mods in Cities: Skylines II

21st of March: Dev Diary #3: Code Modding

Thank you for beautiful wallpaper! - is this gorgeous looking map with the beach coming as part of the DLC as well??? I believe it is - it is called Beach Properties all in all......I hope it is not only another fake teaser of something which doesn't exist in the game!

haha like if that is the case I think that would really be absolute joke after all this, I am very hopeful that they don't do it to us this time (or they quickly make the map if they forgot before it is released) otherwise I am lost for words...hahahahahahaha
Prepare for disappointment
Yes, it will be available, Paradox Mods was made so that people can use mods on console and that too it is compatible with launchers like Geforce NOW, however, if we ever expect that C:SL II may be released on Epic which I am sure will not happen will not change anything that the mods are not available. Will the Modding platform be compatible with GeforceNow platform ?
