Yes. I want to know why people are convinced without even seeing a waterfront zone that "redefining" your coastline doesn't include sand.
I want to know why you are inferring information that is NOT THERE

You seriously think they wouldn’t announce an entire new texture theme?

It’s pretty obvious that it is a zoning type and the rest is typical marketing language.

If I am wrong, I will “redefine” my hat by eating it

Giving CO the benefit of the doubt, perhaps? Not wanting to condemn them sight unseen?
Well, they could just read the answer to their WotW and say, "Yes, there will be sand; here is a screenshot." I know they are very busy, but that feels doable (and something most PDX dev teams would do on their dev diary).

Why the hell are you "disagreeing" with my post that says what yours does? Do you even bother to read before reacting?
I do read them, yes, I just, as the button suggests, respectfully disagree.

I'm assuming you're talking about this one?
Mariina told us what the trade off would be in WoTW 4:

Depending on how you interpret the statement about acceptable performance and the fact that the first assets pack is coming next week, console release could be closer than people think.

Unfortunately I can't react twice. So in regards to your first statement, I agree. But you're second statement is in comparison longer, and with that one, I disagree. I don't think console release is around the corner. But I could be wrong.

And in case you're curios why I disagree with your other posts, It's because I don't think Zoning is = Beaches. In a Beach Theme DLC I would assume you could add Beaches even without Zoning, otherwise you're forced to always zone buildings to it (unless you can zone Beaches without buildings? But in that case that wasn't really well communicated in the Teaser / Post)

So, don't worry, I don't have a grudge against you from our last conversation. Hope you neither. At the end we both wanna see CS II to succeed :)
Hope this made sense.
Best!

Does anybody actually have an update related to the broken traffic mechanics and city stats, just to name a few game-breaking bugs? no? ok so just moving on with this mods editor announcement, gotcha.
"Along with Beach Properties, there will also be a substantial amount of Performance updates and General Fixes & Improvements. We hope to see much improvement to performance, especially on lower-end spec computers. The full Patch Notes will be posted along with the release of Beach Properties on the 25th."

They did say that at the end of the post, so there will definitely be a patch of some sort.

"Disagreeing" with something you agree with and I'm supposed to be good with that. I know I'm getting bad faith disagreements from certain parties, now I have to be a mind reader as well. Give me a break.

Why are you making this a bigger thing than it has to be?
No, you don't have to be a mind reader. But if you're curious why I disagree with a post of yours, than why don't you just politely ask instead of coming with such a message:

It's obvious why to someone posting in good faith. My answer and your answer to the question, "why was the expansion pushed back" were fundamentally the same: CO was rightly prioritising patches, performance and modding (aka "fixing the base game"). Yet you red crossed it and now you want me to believe it was about my very modest speculation about the implications for consoles. I simply don't believe you're interacting with me in good faith.
