I have looked at the betas tab of EU IV a couple of times to try to revert to earlier version but I can't see any options available, could anyone tell me if there is something new that I have to do to revert? Thank you.

Too bad I rolled back Stellaris to 2.1.3 and it would not load any of my saved games from 2.1.3. Did all the steps including verifying the files. Funny it was the best MP save game we had in years.

Question. Do i have to remain online for the code to work? Cause i stay in offline mode to prevent my game from updating.
Whenever you roll back to older versions you should delete the documents/paradox/GameName/ folder (valued save games excepted!), to let the older game version write that folder as it wishes to.
The code just gives you access to the older beta. Once you've installed it the code does nothing.
I can't seem to unlock earlier versions of HOI4. Every time I input the code and press the check code button, it just says "Beta access code invalid."
I just tried it again myself and it worked fine. You are pasting the code in, not typing it?

Have you actually read the Articles in question, or are you relying on what other people say about them?
No need to. There is only one version to roll back to and that is 3.03.
I have followed all the steps, reloaded the version I was running yesterday and verified file integrity, but my saved games still will not appear for selection when the game is running. I was up to date prior to this update and have tried 1.27.2 and 1.26.1, which are the most recent two versions that the code unlocked. Am I missing something?

CK2 perhaps? If so no - the rollback facility only provides the last minor update of each major version. Until 3.1 comes out no 3.0.x versions will be there.
Does this affects Tyranny? Because I cannot login from within the Tyranny game, it says something about the PDX backend being broken.
It only affects games you see listed in the Access Earlier Versions button described in the OP here.
And it has nothing to do with logging into any game. You should post in the support forum for that game.
