Hello there!
I've tried converting a file from my Bohemia game and everytime i press 'Convert Save', nothing happens except the message 'Failed!' appearing next to 'Saving Configuration:'.
I reinstalled and retried multiple times but I get the same result every time.
Might the problem be that the save has not been played until 1444 or that I play CK3 in German?

Your antivirus is preventing the converter from writing to disk. Whitelist the converter or disable AV.
 
It converted now but there are still some errors I'm not sure how to fix.
The mod also doesn't work in EU4 when selected. I will upload the log now.
Show me screenshots of the mod in your playset in the launcher and that the playset is enabled on the main page of the launcher.
 
I'm actually retarded. The playset wasn't enabled on the main page. Thanks so much! Is there any way not to lose all your territory in the hre when the fragmentation happens? I owned everything up to Pomerania and now i don't even own base EU4 Bohemia anymore.

Edit: It's probably the 'Keep kingdoms if any' option, isn't it?

Yep, that's the right option. Though you can game it. You can be a multiduke with like 5 duchies but no kingdom and convert with a few regular PUs and the rest of it your land. It's better that way as the other kingdoms are then shattered and you're the top dog.

Though that makes the game too easy methinks.
 
Hi I've got an issue with save conversions when mods are present in the save file. The error flags up as such - CRUSADER KINGS 3 MODS DIRECTORY PATH IS INVALID! IS IT AT C:/USERS/GILLC/DOCUMENTS/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings 2/mod/?. I can't see to find where I can replace the pathway and have otherwise had success with multiple transfers when mods were not present. Yeah I need assistance in finding where to replace the pathway for mods as I was able to do on the frontend with the save files and Europa mods. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. (Document attached below for log)

Also just thought I'd mention this particular save file uses numerous mods but the amount is not the issue this problem persists whether there are several mods or a single mod and I understand transferring this particular save file will meet with some difficulties because of the sheer amount of mods as you mentioned earlier in the thread. As stated my concern is with replacing and executing the correct pathway at this time and I can provide a alternative save if it would simplify the issue. Thanks.

You told it the save is at:
C:\Users\Gillc\OneDrive\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\save games\Basileus_Olympiodoros_867_01_01.ck3
but that documents folder is at:
C:\Users\Gillc\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III/

Spot the difference. :)
 
Everything seems to be working until I boot up the game and the only thing that seems to have been changed is France, but it isnt reflective of the state of the game in the CK3 save file.

I'm trying to turn a custom (Lotharingia) Empire into the HRE. Do you know how I can find out what tag it would have? And how exactly does the tag have to be written into i_am_hre.txt?
Either look into the save if you saved it as plaintext, or turn on debugging in steam and hover over your title. It should be something like "x_x_345" or something similar. Then in i_am_hre.txt just write that down:
hre_mechanics = x_x_<somenumber>

Hi! I'm having problems converting my roman empire save game. It's says that "Landed title c_aviovara has no definition in counties={} section of the save game!".
I'm also posting the log here. Thanks for any help I might get.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We have started the process of updating the converter to support CK3 version 1.3.

It will be done when it's done.

Hold your horses and roll back to 1.2 if you have unfinished games.

New version of the converter will support 1.3 but will NOT support version 1.2.
 
Hi, I am having an error that is popping as [ERROR] Dynasty 0 has CoA 1 which has no definition! I have attached my log below. Any help is appreciated first conversion I have done.
