Upload your ck3 save, and upload your Converted - 656.12.2___Albion_conquered_rome mod (it's in CK3's mod folder, zip it before you upload it), and I'll see if I can convert it.
There was literally nothing wrong, just your save being huge (half a gig which is just wow) so it took a while to load and process it all at 15%.
Here's the conversion.
I pinpointed the issue, it's with Seasoned Lord mod.
It causes this:
The mismatched quotes due to a bug in their locs cause the converter to skip parsing the rest of the save.
I've filed a report on their Steam page but until it's fixed avoid that mod.

Does the converter currently support Rajas of Asia? I saw a province mapping file in the configurables, but am not sure about its functionality.
Support for RoA was added by a contributor. I don't know how recent/updated it is. Your best bet is to try a test conversion and see what breaks. If provinces haven't changed, it should be all good.

Did you keep an older save? There's a decent chance that upgrading mid game corrupted your save in ways that aren't obvious in-game but will make the converter unable to handle it.
Unfortunately not, though the error message specifically stated it's because of the newer version

Sorry lol just realized how annoying that sounded just have a perfect game to convert, I'll be patient.
And guys thanks for all the work you do also, this converter is the only thing that makes my EU4 not worthless cause man I lost the attention span for that game until I started converting my CK3 games
