Exported to documents/ck3/modYou likely exported the mod to wrong place, probably steam workshop folder instead of documents one. If not, upload log.txt.

Make sure you've selected the correct playset (the one with the generated mod). Also, are you using non-Latin characters in the Windows user name?I converted saving I:R to CK3, but when starting the game, the mod (which I turned on in the launcher) does not start in the game itself. What could be the problem?
Do I need to use only Latin?Make sure you've selected the correct playset (the one with the generated mod). Also, are you using non-Latin characters in the Windows user name?
Maybe CK3 fails to locate mods in paths containing non-Latin characters. @Zemurin is there a way to check if this is the reason, easier than changing the user name?Do I need to use only Latin?
Unknown. Launcher itself has no issues with non-latin characters, but HoI4 for example cannot load local mods from such paths. I'd have expected CK3 to not have that issue, since it supports non-latin internally, but who knows. Noone so far complained about it.Maybe CK3 fails to locate mods in paths containing non-Latin characters. @Zemurin is there a way to check if this is the reason, easier than changing the user name?
Upload screenshots of the CK3 launcher's main page and the contents of the currently active playset.A year ago, I converted to CK3 without any problems. The only thing that has changed since then is the I:R version (2.0.4 beta) and the converter version itself.
Upload screenshots of the CK3 launcher's main page and the contents of the currently active playset.
Yes, I tried it without mods.Have you tried removing the other mods?
Okay, I'll try.Try publishing the mod to steam. Then kill the launcher, move/delete the mod from disk, subscribe to the steam mod, and see if launcher can use that one.
Please do, but first try verifying I:R and CK3 game files through Steam. Your local game copies may be corrupted.I've been having problems with conversions recently as many provinces seem not to have positions defined. I could send the save if needed.
So the conversion worked correctly after the verifying?Thank you, verifying the game files seemed to work
Here are my saves
002 has Timeline Extension for Invictus while 002-2 is just Invictus, both gave me the same problems earlier
Two possible reasons:Hello! I converted save from Imperator to CK3, then activated mod in CK3, but nothing happened. Please, help me!
I checked my paths - it's only with latin letters and also playset in launcher with this mod. But still nothing happened. When I converted save, the converter made this warnings:
