I think the mod not loading is some issue on your end. I converted even without specifying a custom output name and it generated a playset with the mod and loaded just fine.
Do normal CK3 mods work for you? Also, maybe reinstall CK3.

CK3 might share an issue with HoI4, where mods on paths containing non-ascii characters can't be found by the game, even though the launcher is fine with them. You might try things as a user other than 'Документы' (that's what the converter sees of your username, and probably CK3 too). Or you could start by publishing the mod to the steam workshop, subscribing, then deleting the local copy.

Hello, I tried to convert my save from Imperator with Invictus to CK3 using latest version of converter (7.4.0) and it threw an error :( I attached log.txt and my imperator save file. Please help

What about compatibility with Full Mechanical Overhaul (I would assume not, but wanted to be sure)
For every unsupported mod the answer is: try and see.

You need to subscribe to all the mods that were used in the save.

Hey, I am 250 years into the CK3 part of my megacampaign, converted from IR, and I have run into a bit of an issue. Everything in the conversion worked fine, but in the mod it created I am unable to change tenets in my religion when reforming, I CTD every time I click the tenets in the reformation screen. At first I attributed it to mod-conflict, since I use a fair bit of other mods in the game, but I ran a test with only the converted file and nothing else and still had the issue.

Is this a known issue? And this might be the wrong place to ask but is there a way to edit tenets, like save-game editing, console commands or something? Something that will let me bypass the vanilla tenets screen since that seem to be the issue. I'm not willing to start over the game if this issue is inherent to the save, I guess I'll just have to live with it, but I wouldn't mind cheating to make it more interesing.
I'm getting the same crash when clicking the tenets in the reformation sceen. No other mods and this happened with both hellenic and kemetic.
I tested and the CTD on tenet change in reformation screen seems to only happen when Rise of Islam is enabled in the converter options. Can you reconvert with Rise of Islam disabled and check if you still get CTDs?

God-damned hero right here. I re-converted and put it into my active game. Only issue seems to be that when I look into the history files at ol' Muhammed he now belonged to the religion unified_islam, which now lacks an icon, but as we stomped on that little uprising it shouldn't be an issue as it doesn't have any living followers.

I am now free to create my own weird cults to my hearts content. Hope you figure out a solution for rise of islam though, it was the most intense part of my current game and wouldn't want to have to miss out on it if I ever do another mega-campaign.

Should be fixed in latest release, @TinWiz has fixed a problem in the Rise of Islam option files.
 
The converter now officially supports The Fallen Eagle mod for CK3. That does not mean The Fallen Eagle is automatically supported by CK3ToEU4.

To use TFE in the conversion, select it in the "CK3 mods" tab and the converter should do the rest.

I'm trying to convert Imperator Rome to CK3 (The Fallen Eagle), and the mod gets successfully converted, and copied, but the playset creation just doesn't work properly. When this happens, I try to create the playset manually with TFE and the converted mod but it doesn't work (crashes) regardless of the load order.

If I try it with JUST the converted mod, (I realise that it already has TFE?) it immediately crashes upon clicking the "play as any ruler" button.

Try disabling the Rise of Islam option in converter frontend, it's redundant when TFE is used. Also, if the playset creation fails again, just try a few more times. For some reason it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

Converted an Invictus only save of the IR start date with just Fallen Eagle checked in CK3 mods and no other mods loaded and it crashes when loading the ruler select. I also have the playset issue but non Fallen Eagle converts work perfectly fine despite that issue also being present so I think it's unrelated to the Fallen Eagle crashes.
 
Yeah, nope, it just doesn't work. No playset is remade, and if I insert the mod manually, it once more crashes. I don't know why I am having so much trouble with this.

Try using the new release 7.6.2. If it still doesn't work, please upload log.txt.

It still crashes in the loading screen of the ruler select menu. As said above, the playset and (presumably?) mod are successfully created.
I suggest we wait for a TFE patch that will probably be released in a few days. Depending on available time, I can investigate potential causes on the converter side in the meantime.

Should work with new release 7.6.3. There's a bug in current TFE release: undefined c_tangier county is referenced as kingdom capital. I added a check to just warn about it instead of throwing an exception.

EDIT: Made another release 7.6.4 to handle quoted culture IDs in province history.
