1625 Tianjin
(both boosted to 30 coal 15 steel)

Warlords: 22 IC
1611 Kunming (boosted to 30 coal 15 steel)

1702 Bobai (no change)

Are you sure you're not being a bit excessive handing out so much coal and steel? How many provinces are there in the basic game with 100 of each?

What you're doing, it seems to me, is turning eastern Europe into a bonanza of resources, and anybody conquering these provinces (read: Germany) will become an unstoppable economic giant.

A better solution, I would think, is adding
type = steelpool value = 10000
type = coalpool value = 10000
to the start-up events for each new country.

Changes outside Europe (all boosted to 80 rubber)

Belgian Congo:
1115 Stanleyville
1129 Coquilhatville
1130 Leopoldville
1185 Albertville
1186 Bakwanga
1187 Elisabethville
1189 Costermanville

German possessions:
1311 Tabora
1118 Yaounde
1120 Douala

No British possessions needed boosts because Malaysia produces 700 ish a day, India and Sri Lanka produce lots too.

1282 Mecka now has a port:

EDIT: Slashed most of them down to 30 coal 15 steel. Helsinki is 50 coal 25 steel, and kept the coal boosts for Ukraine (Kharkov for example starts with 70 coal so making it 100 isn't too drastic)

Soviets however need the excessive coal and steel around Moscow - there's a lot of ICs in their territory that need quite a lot of resources to run.

EDIT: slashed each of these to 25 steel and 50 coal.

Why are you giving them equal amounts of coal and steel? Why not make the coual be at least double the steel? And how do their resource pools look with those upgrades?

I'm full of questions today... ;)

I don't really see a need for an increase in MP in China. I seem to recall them having obscene amounts of manpower when I did the numbers and distributed it. So if you want to increase the MP in those two provinces, cut it somewhere else.

Gwalcmai, equal just because its simplest......

EDIT: realised just now that amount of steel needed is half that of coal for industry. Made changes.

Shadowknight - OK I'll cut MP somewhere else.

1711 Nanchang -1
1710 Huangshi -1
1709 Shaoguan -1
1713 Xiamen -1
1697 Ningbo -2
1706 Changsha -1
1707 Hengyang -1
1708 Guilin -2
1611 Kunming -3
1613 Chengdu -2
1616 Chongqing -5

- 20 in total, balances the +20 in Kowloon and Guangzhou

Maybe different countries should get different amounts of coal and steel when they appear? I tend to think that the newly created Soviet Russia would have more of these resources stocked away somewhere than Ulster, for example.

Well done Patch on creating that port in Mecka province - the Allies will now be able to run supplies through Yenbo in the historcal way :)

Changes to Italy:

893 Taranto -3 = 2
901 Napoli -5 = 5
905 Bologna -5 = 3
906 Firenze -5 = 3
908 Roma -5 = 15

932 Torino -2 = 8
933 Genoa -3 = 7

Original IC: 148
Reduction: 38
New IC: 110 (106 in the game - this has something to do with armaments minister, +15%)

Ooooh... I wanted to charge russian cavalry into Erzerum (sp?), a la Greenmantle. ;)

Were they fighting too much around there? I honestly haven't looked.

What usually happens if Russia is doing well is that Russians drive a gigantic wedge into Eastern Turkey, reaching Baghdad before the British even commence (if they ever do) their operations.

If Russia is crumbling before the German onslaught then Turks will reach the Urals.

Looks fine to me, except I think Batumi and Tblisi could be brought back to 34 seeing as they are important cities. We're still in beta testing so we can always change it if any problems arise...
