I'm going to try to keep this thread reviewed regularly in the following days, and update the changelog accordingly. We've had some issues with the changelog, because of the beta-non beta structure of the build; by the way, we're working on improving our patchnotes tool for 1.34 version, to avoid/minimize these kind of problems that we've found in the latest updates, as having hundreds of bugfixes on them.

I can already see the patch note for the next patch note 'updated the changelog so that patch note updates are more up to date.'.

Jokes aside, that's great to hear.

I forgot to mention that AI now dev its coal provinces. ASAP.
To the point that I've been able to see Ming dev Luoyang until renaissance poped few times.

Trust from vassals doesn't grow anymore
None of those are new, AI had affinity to dev coal provinces in earlier patches too, and the vassal trust growth got broken either with Leviathan or back with Emperor.

Anybody have trouble transferring occupations to Allies in wars?

I joined Aragon's Defensive war against Castile and can't transfer any occupations to them.

Edit : And Nations don't seem to want to leave Coalitions any more, was something changed?

So they patched the "Guarantee coalition members" exploit? And do you have the required dlc to transfer occupations?

The merchant icon is broken. Hovering over it with your mouse used to tell you where your merchants are placed, and what trade mission they are on (maximize profit, establish communities, etc...). Now it just tells you the number of merchants your nation has.

Yes. It was just the first ally defensive war I was in. For some reason I couldn't transfer to Aragon. The next war where Burgundy attacked Liege I was to transfer to Austria and Liege so maybe it was a rare bug.

Are you playing as France? What allies does Aragon have? Do they have strategic interest in the occupied lands? Do they have coring range or have no land connection via occupations?

I was England just finishing the Maine war up when Castile attacked Aragon. I could transfer occupation to France and Genoa(Aragon's other ally) but not Aragon.

A few things which I noticed when updating the wiki or which I read about in other posts:
  • colonial nations need more income to start to colonize(seems to be around 7 income and 2 profit whereas in 1.31 they started to colonize even with very low income and before that 5 income and no profit was enough). This is in the patchnotes, but I would have assumed the opposite from reading them
  • unconditional surrender doesn't require the Mare Nostrum DLC anymore
  • the province Tharawal (4858) in Australia gained a level 1 center of trade
  • the culture in the provinces Ohrid(4780) and Skopje (3001) changed from serbian to bulgarian
  • the culture in Ladakh(2074) changed from Kashmiri to Tibetan
  • the trade good in Passau(4709) changed from fish to salt and in Tsaparang(2128) from wool to gold
  • the provinces 4678 and 2190 (Bayankhongor/Qaraqorum) switched places
  • the culture+religion of Taozhou(2183) changed to tibetan+vajrayana
  • some provinces changed the name of the capital
  • the dutch revolt disaster ticks up faster if the stability is below 2
  • completing the mission Restore Mali Authority hides the disaster Decline of Mali
  • forming the Mongol Empire sets the hidden global flag is_forming_the_mongol_empire which gets removed after 10 days and while it is active, the unguarded nomadic frontier disaster can't end. I don't really understand why it exists. Maybe it is supposed to prevent some kind of race condition if the Mongol empire is formed while the game checks if the disaster should end
  • the privilege Increased Levies now gives 33% manpower at 100% crownland and while it is active, the nobles are exempt from seizing land

A number of these things were in the 1.33.0 and 1.33.1 beta patch notes, but didn't make into the full release patch notes even when they weren't reverted/changed further.
