The closest thing to a "satanic" society in Westeros is probably the worship of the White Walkers, Craster style. Although that would make sense only for characters in close proximity to them, beyond the wall.

Would the Red God priest be not the naturally addition? Gameplay-wise, it would have a lot in common with the Satanists, they conspire and they do magic. Would be a lot cooler than the Satanists in M&M as well.
The Maesters would be also cool, but as someone said, there are no lay members. But I remember people like Oberon studied at the Citadel. So what about being able to join but lock the higher ranks for PCs?

It would, if not the fact that R'hollor wasn't universally accepted as the majority religion in Western Essos.

I was referring to the priests. Not someone like Stannis (or a western counterpart), a "normal" believer. I talk Melisandre or that what-was-his-name guy who gave Victarion the red claw. We have no information -and I would doubt it- that priest of R'hollor aren´t allowed to hold land or father children. You could restrict it by having the Zealous trait, a decent amount of Learning and are a believer.

We also know some magic abilities like the Glamour (could give you an attraction boost), the Fire Gazing (could give you an intrique boost or -if that´s possible, I don´t know enough about modding- seeing console info that would be normally hidden) and of course the shadow baby (could only work with the pregnant trait and then would remove that trait).

When "Dark Power" is transferred to "R'hollor´s Flame" or something like that, it would be a great addition to the mod.

EDIT: The powers are just pulled out of my as* in just this moment - of course there should be more thoughts than my daydreaming.

But hey, thanks for your awesome mod I must say, it´s the only one I play.

You know, in a sense, most of the Free Cities' major and minor religions could be/have societies.

Religions like:

"The Black Goat" of Qohor could have a "Followers of the Goat" society. A secret society that the followers of the Black Goat religion could join in without any trouble but the rest of the Essosy faiths would have more trouble and special requirements. This society could basically work like the Satanist society with some different lore and all that.

"The Weeping Lady" of Lys is a small minor faith that could easily be a open society. Not much is known of this religion so it could go whichever way one wants it to, specially when the loose connections of this faith to the "Tears of Lys" poison as well as the possibility that she might also be considered a love goddess.

"The Pattern Studiers" in Braavos and, I assume, Lorath could be a society whose sole purpose is studying ancient ruins and discovering artifacts.

"The Merling Cult" could be an interesting open society even without a fleshed out naval mechanic to back it up. It could be associated with trade and offer up some more favourable events regarding fleets, sea beasts and whatever else.

"The Valyrian Faith" could also have a "Worshipers of Dragons" society wholy focused on prestige and acquiring dragon eggs. This society could also have some special events if you are part of the whole Elephant/Tiger conflict in Volantis.

"The Bakkalon Cult" could be a martial focused society that gives out various martial bonuses in exchange for piety and the like.

And the "Iron Bank" could have a "Iron Shareholder" society, all based on making money and giving out loans.

Heck, even the Summer Islanders could have a "Summer Lovers" or some such weirdly named society based on fertility and diplomacy with other summer islanders. There could even be some crazy orgy, holy prostitution, lovemaking competition and exposition events!

So I guess what I am trying to say is that there is no lack of potential for societies outside of Westeros. I am however not sure what societies would there be within it.

Edit: Just as soon as I wrote this I came to realise that Westerosi societies are actually pretty simple.

The "Faith of the Seven" could just have societies focusing on either one or some of the 7 deities.

"The Warriors" would be a martial focused society.
"The Maiden, Mother and Crone" would be focused on diplomacy and fertility.
"The Father and Smith" would be focused on stewardship.
"The Others" would be the Satanist-light secret society

The "Old Gods" and the "Drown God" faiths however, aside from a possible "Evil Spirits" and "Storm God" society, I still have no clue what societies they could have.
Within your logic Old Gods should be the ones getting the Others worship (IE the Cold Ones faith)

One thing I would like to see from this mod is creative use of the secret religion societies. So instead of the event that converts you to R'hllor, you secretly convert and then start building a R'hllorite enclave in Westeros. You go around burning septs and godswoods, as well as secretly sacrificing people and converting others to increase your power. You could borrow a lot of code from the Satanists, actually, but I think it would make a lot more sense and be really interesting. You could have a chance to burn or completely immolate yourself when you are perpetrating most of your crimes against the Seven as a balance that the Satanists do not currently have.

Likewise, it would be really fun to play as Targaryens who never sincerely converted to the Faith. So you as Aegon can falsely convert and pass down your Valyrian traditions from ruler to ruler. This would help you keep your dragons hatching, growing, and tamed while also running the risk of scandal and serious revolts, especially if the Faith is militarized.

I'd like to suggest the Brotherhood without Banners as a secret society...I can see it for lords who have to publicly be seen as Lannister supporters and secretly assisting the Brotherhood without Banners on the sly - through murder, undermining the regime and in general, helping the smallfolk against their oppressors. Would work well in the Riverlands and the North from A Feast of Crows onwards.

Not to mention the potential for resurrection by Thoros of Myr..should your lord get killed. And maybe a scripted event for Undead Catelyn to take over the leadership from Berric Dondarrion.

There's one problem with that. Brotherhood without BANNERS. The members are all unlanded, mainly lowborn and they're widely known throughout the Riverlands for their support for the little guys.

When I reverted to the earlier version Monks and mystic is not even present so can't disable it. The game crashes everytime I start as Aegon the conqueror.
Are you sure you are on 2.6.3 and have no incompatible other mods enabled?

Yeah, but we know that many Lord & Ladies in the Riverlands secretly support them. It would be possible to be a Brotherhood supporter, if you are a Riverland lord. I like this idea.

I forgot where i read blackninja's statement, but there is zero chance for brotherhood without banners because society is something that exist in the whole timeline of the game (year 7996), and no it can't be made with events or destroyed with events. Surprisingly, society has limited uses for the lores of game of thrones, not even hermetics is good (no technology in game).

But would it be not possible instead of deleting or creating a society (as this is not possible) just to restrict access to that society? In CK2 you could imagine making a "Crusader Society" and restricting the access, so that only characters with the "Crusader" trait can join. With that the society would exist from game start, but would have no members until the Crusades start (and Characters start getting that trait). Such a solution could make time-sensitive societies feasible.
