Hi guys.

What time is this is CET? I was thinking about giving CK another go as i havnt seen new betas. Id have to be scotland though. How they doing?
 
In CET it is 17.00 and Scotland is doing rather nicely. Though William the not-longer-Bastard is setting up Northern Ireland. Despite our warnings. Otherwise nothing special.

Edit: How do you make those snazzy links in your signature to to various locations?

I have no wish for an extremely strong England so close to me - Especially with a weakened France because of my independence.

Therefore I shall also issue an official warning to the King of England to no longer persue his conquest of Catholic Ireland.
 
Damn that clashes with my EU game on sunday :( I hope to join your next kingdom game though. Keep scotland open for me.

Well, if Flanders have a problem with her independence, I am sure England *and her ally France* can solve the problem. Permanently. England has 30k troops and the strongest treasurey in Europe ready solve any such problems.

Duke of Flanders should consider very carefully wether he wishes to see England active on the continent, or wether he is content with being a strong and independent power.
 
Perhaps these threats belong in the dip thread? I'll put my reply to England's latest aggression there.

Define "English aggression", please :) All England has said, is that Flanders will not fare well if she decides to attack England. England has no interest to get into troubles in the mainland, but if troubles are brought to William, he will solve them.

That is if Scotland survives to EU II, which is looking doubtful right now.

Jokes apart, it does seem that it is the Great Game thread that's actually being used, so why bother the mods with merging?

I can settle the great AAR debate. Use the official AAR thread, it has the official title, March Through Time, the other does not. I don’t quite understand why you started the AAR thread KoM as I said I would put one up. Also I explained why March Through Time was the title for this great undertaking, but you insisted on using yours, truly perplexing. I can’t see how visitors are going to follow the progress of our game when we have different titles for everything. Please, move your posts to the March Through Time AAR thread.

I must have missed your saying you would put one up, Trav. Anyway, my thread is clearly superior in that its player list has cool titles for everyone, while yours just lists the player and country. Boring! ;) As for the name issue, what's a CK game without a bit of a religious schism? Heretic! :p
 
I agree with Traveller. It has the offical name. Therefore I shall post my AARs there for the time being. That means that I have to start producing some AARs. Besides the only heretical AAR thread is the one which diverts from orthodoxy and that is the "Great Game".

You might wanna know that I can't till the 23.00 CET. Because I don't or will get any sleep the following week. (Building a kick-ass 'copter on a car for a carnival (QuarneVALen)).
 
Just thought I'd point out that my goal in EU2 is to have a Poland which colonizes North America. Speaking of which, what are we going to do with leaders and events in EU2? I'm thinking we might want to just do everything random in terms of leaders, not sure about events really.
 
Heya! I just found this thread and I wonder wheter or not you still accept people coming in. I would love to join and the time is perfect for an european :)

If possible I would love to play Hungary or Venice or Sweden... :)

Perhaps we should first play a couple hundred years of CK before pondering too much the EU2 events? ;) This attempt is gigantic, and lots of different things could make the game go wrong.

Anyway, for the events in EU2 I definitevely think we need to use "just" random events and leaders. Anything else would be very far from the reality of the game's world with 400 altered history :)

We will see. I have noting against you joining. But it might be too late to join for this session. Mayby next one.
