You did, yes, but you're still at war, and I think Dom is gearing up for another land grab, so you'll even have an ally. I think Napoleon himself could be playing France, and short of massive Italian intervention, he'd still lose. Badly.
Sterk, I don't think it's really possible to gain any advantage here; all you need to do is look at the CK province and decide which EU province it belongs in. You just have to make sure that each EU province gets at least one CK province, and that they are spread more-or-less evenly; I cannot see how you could possibly gerrymander it to your own advantage. (Well, short of ridiculous things like assigning Krakow to Akershus, or something.)
However, if you want something outside of Poland, why don't you start with the block 100-199, which is Iberia and southern France? Here is what needs to be done :

The important numbers for this purpose are the first and the fourth; let me highlight an example :
198;Valladolid;2;
435;SALA;CAST
This says that CK province 198, Valladolid, belongs to EU province 435, which Leon. You need to look at the CK map, find Valladolid, compare to MYmap, figure out which MYmap province Valladolid would fall into (in cases where it straddles a border, just flip a coin, or use your judgement, or something), and then find which number that is. For Iberia, we very fortunately have a map with province numbers
here. You will probably not want to use CK as your viewer for the CK map, that would quickly get a bit clunky; instead I suggest you download
this little tool. Then you just change the 435 to whatever the new number is (in some cases it might be the same) and continue down the list.
Note : You can assign two or more CK provinces to one EU province, but you should strive to make sure that each EU province has at least one CK province, and that they are reasonably evenly spread - don't load five into one, and only one on another.
